We had to wait quite a while to get seated. Soda was expensive. Sushi was OK. The miso soup was a little too salty. The best thing was the fried rice. It was satisfactory.

Need more people cooking during peak time. Waited about an hour when there were tons of open tables just nobody cooking. Lots of people waiting when 60% of the tables were empty. Food is good and the show is good also.

Chef was very boring..Food was blant. Will not go there again. The seating area at the grill was hot. The heat was lingering. My guest and I did not enjoy it. Shogun in La Verne is 1000 times better..

We had a really fun time. I like that they had lunch specials which were cheaper than other places. We had a fun Chef Derrick.

Came in for a quick bite. We sat at the Sushi Bar and had a great time with a proactive Sushi Chef and Bartender.

I arrived with my mother, it's been on her list of places to try out. Since neither of us had ever been there before we decided to go big as in dinner and a show. That's right, we watched them cook the food infront of us. We sat in between a few people celebrating a birthday and an lovely couple celebrating their anniversary (this is important make note)
The food honestly was just okay, I wasn't particularly vibing with the mango lemonade and the teriyaki chicken was goodish. My mother also thought the food was just okay. The service was awesome! The price wasn't not. Our total was around $140.00 definitely did not think it would cost that. It makes sense why the people we were sat next to were both celebrating something. All in it was an okay experience, shogun is definitely a come with intention type of restaurant. The intention being spending money. I did like their array of deserts, they had matcha ice cream, which is one of my favorites :)

First time experiencing Shogun, we were not impressed with the food. The chef added salt to everything, it was way too much. Secondly, the fried rice was too soggy from the soy sauce, it was bad. I don’t understand why so many people flock to that restaurant, it’s all show. The entire meal was lacking genuine taste. We will not be returning.
