Great experience our waitress Natalie was very nice & proficient! The cook was awesome, very thorough in making sure food was good and not just putting on a show! Had the 2 Lobster tails which were delicious and priced right, I’ve been to the Corona Shogun which is fairly crowded and service lacked but this location was awesome, I’ll be back!
I went here for my birthday and loved it. The food was good, and the people were friendly. I highly recommend this place.

It was absolutely amazing our cook was great, and we were stunned by the quickness of our servers, Our drinks were never below half full. We had a great time, and i got the steak and chicken it was so good. I like the style in which they cook for you. The fried rice is delicious and a must-have if you go to shogun. Would recommend.
I visited this place for the first time on Thursday 02/29/24 for a very special occasion. I requested to sit in the dining area and not in front of the chef's grill. The help assured me that food, priced, quality were the same.We ordered the ribeye steak and colosal shrimp and my wife ordered the same steak which the chicken. We both upgraded to the chicken fríe rice.We were served not a sizzling steak off the grill; it was warm but not fresh. The meat and shrimp were tasteless, not as you would expect any meat or shrimp being supposedly sauté andstir-fry. I should have just walked out but the intention was to celebrate my wife's birthday and have a pleasant evening. I did call later that evening to file a complaint with the manager, she was very understanding and asked me if I could return and she'll give me a discount on the next meal . I turned her down and told her that it would not be necessary and that I was not going back to the restaurant again.By the way I asked for the steak to be cooked medium well and it was overly cooked. To tell you the truth I think that the steak after cut in pieces was sitting there for a while. But that steak was not fresh off the grill for sure as well as the shrimp.Now the chicken fried rice was freshly cooked and hot, it was the best part of my meal. Everything else was awful.I stated to the manager that she should let the client know that the food is not the same when dining privately in diner area.I most certainly would have a better experience at Pandas and for less than the $117.00 plus tip I ended up paying here!Crazy how desensitized people can be serving their clients! These people knew and saw what I was served for my meal and didn't care!So don't sit in the private dining tables

Sign on the door said closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:10pm. Told they were closed because it was slow. What!? They are next to a hotel. 6 other people were checking in who were also going to go there.....sucks for them, nobody went. If you advertise you close at 9, then close at 9!!!!
Used to be a lot of food on each serving. Now, barely anything. I understand inflation but for goodness if I have to pay almost 50 dollars each person I expect a little bit more than little servings!

First time going to this restaurant and I was pleasantly suprised by the service. I informed our waitress that I had a dairy allergen not knowing if only oil or butter also was used on the grill. I was told this concern would be taken care of and then later was met by management. He provided me with options so that my meal was made safely. Everyone was very kind and considerate & even made sure I wasn't offered the sauce containing dairy by the table chef, which meant there was communication with everyone attending to our table. My food was made in the back & arrived at the same time as everyone else. Thank you soo much for your kind service & attention to detail-from being greeted as we walked in till the second we stepped out the door. Highly recommend this restaurant. ?Dietary restrictions: Was able to cook my food in the back to avoid dairy contact (only oil used)
