The food was really good! I recommend the crawfish, house medley! Sophia was an amazing waitress, she made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied!

I ordered 1lbs but I'm sure they still put half in and I paid for potatoes but they didn't put potatoes in there and they didn't put gloves either terrible customer service

Food good although had to wait, due to something with the fryer. Service was good, shes friendly, atmosphere was good, gave 3 stars but probably won't be back wasn't what we were looking for.

The customer service rep asked me if I wanted it all flats I said yes then she came back and said they didn’t have enough flats to give me for the chicken, but my order would be mostly flats when I got my order and I got home. it was all drums and one flat. I did not appreciate her lying to my face And this is how you lose a customer.

add-ons to your seafood boil.

The waiter was rude to my dad and I, We ask her if we can change are odder to no corn instead of potatoes and she gave use a dirty look I totally understand from working in a restaurant she was the only server but there was 3 people in that restaurant. The restroom where gross paper towel where everywhere and the tolets where offer. The seats where sofar away from the booth and not close to the table. Being someone the is short. I spilt juice on my short. When I went to pay for my food. I have to spoke up 3x and everyone this was working their where on there phones. This is unfortunate because I was hoping that shrimp factory was going to be a good place to eat for my dad for his late father's day give from me. The sauce didnt have any flavor and all i taste was milde hotness But the vibe was off when we walked in the door and didn't get seated. That is why I'm giving them a 1 star and the fact is the manger is working when we where but didn't even ask use and the customers if the food was good or anything. She was sweeping. Like you are a manger and this is your store. The frist rule of any restaurant or house mentality is to treat your customers with respect and make sure your restaurant is clean.

Food is average. A bit over priced. Place is really dirty. Food splatters all over walls in dining area. Bathrooms smell and look dirty. Service is below average. I ordered 2lbs of king crab, 2lbs of shrimp, and 2lbs of muscles. Bill came out to $188. I gave the server $110 cash and wanted to put the rest on a card. The server charged the whole amount on my card a thought he was getting a $110 tip. Not acceptable. I won’t dine here again.

The food was great! We’ve been here before when it was under another name and ownership. The service to start off was great, but ended up bad in a way. Our server was great at the beginning, very attentive and took our order correctly. Towards the end, she disappeared and was no where to be found. Another server came and helped us with our bill and boxes to go.
