The noodles here are delicious, but I can get the same taste at other branches. What really disappointed me was the terrible service. The staff ignored me at least five or six times, even though I was standing less than two meters away—yet they helped other customers right away.

What’s more, this is supposed to be the flagship store, but unlike other locations where staff take orders at the table, here I had to walk up to the counter just to ask if I could even place an order. The food is good, but the service attitude needs serious improvement

Honestly, ramen wasn’t bad, just pretty bland. It’s lacking some substance, portions were okay, just something was missing. Tonkatsu didn’t really taste the best. Pork bun was alright, it does have a kick so I was glad about that. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Food was just mid. I read the reviews and thought maybe it can be a solid spot, but personally it was my one and done.

I did not even eat here.
Though, I did go in, the girl asked us to go back in front because we needed to be sited, proceeded to make a weird face expression, when we went to go and waited to be sited, she called us weirdos, as I told her that she shouldn’t treat people that way, she says “sorry” and also said boohoo.

I believe it was because the way we looked and speak. (Accent)

Had high expectations, unfortunately I was let down. The staff doesn’t wash their hands between bussing tables and serving food. That’s a good way to spread disease. They also roll their smelly trash cans straight through the dining areas. The food was mid but expensive

Food was meh but what really got me was the service. Waitress didn’t put in our order so we waited about 30 minutes to get our food after sitting down. But what topped it off was another waitress rolling her eyes for asking for a water refill. Girl really? We’re all going through stuff but this shouldn’t bother you.
