I see some people have negative reviews, but I enjoyed the service and food because I went early during lunch. The food was delicious. I would think the negative reviews come when they are busy maybe.

Horrible service, never going back to this place, tha lady with the curly, chunky shorty girl, try frighting with a customer in front of everybody.

Went twice and picked up order once. Food is hot and delicious! The second we went they gave us a free roll that may or may not be in their new menu. Overall the service was good. Reading the reviews about bad service has me questioning.. Will I get a bad service next time? 😭 anyways so far so good!

First time at this restaurant yesterday. Staff was super friendly and inviting especially Amber! Amber was very attentive and sweet. Quality of the food was amazing definitely will need to visit again in the future!!!

Terrible service. The entire team had a disappointing attitude as if something was wrong. Food was good, but the server’s attitude ruined the experience. I also used the restroom and after I came out a worker told me I wasn’t supposed to use it because they just cleaned it ? There was no sign saying it was closed. Very unusual statement!! May have to speak with the VG mall management. Please teach customer respect forget customer service teach respect first

I came at 1. It wasn’t super busy so that was nice. I brought my puppy with me and took a seat outside on their excellent patio. I ordered the veggie ramen. It was super good. Creamy and rich.

Quick seating, great service, short wait time from time of ordering to meal being at the table. Ramen was amazing. 10/10

We had the pleasure of being served by Miss Bell, and she was fantastic! We ordered the Spicy Ramen with chicken and Karaga Korean Chicken — both were absolutely delicious. Already planning our next visit!

The noodles here are delicious, but I can get the same taste at other branches. What really disappointed me was the terrible service. The staff ignored me at least five or six times, even though I was standing less than two meters away—yet they helped other customers right away.

What’s more, this is supposed to be the flagship store, but unlike other locations where staff take orders at the table, here I had to walk up to the counter just to ask if I could even place an order. The food is good, but the service attitude needs serious improvement
