Ordered a crispy tender dinner which is supposed to come with 5 chicken tenders, some tater tots, some onion rings, and texas toast. Was given the chicken tenders and toast, plus a ridiculous amount of tater tots and literally a single onion ring 😠the food was otherwise fine, but.

Second Sunday afternoon in this last few weeks, No ice cream at all...at this location... 😢 😕 4th st. Rancho cucamonga..no ice cream, or the blenders aren't working, or the shake machine is broken.. for a well known Name.. this location sucks.
This time we just cancelled our order and left.. we will give someone else our business

I come here often, & every time we get Sonic Blasts, they are always hollow. The cup isn’t filled with ice cream.. it’s about an inch 1/2 off the top. They don’t serve you what you’re paying for. & that’s All the time. Alll the time. Never fails . I usually like to go to the one off mountain & the 10, but this one is closer. I’m so dissatisfied & disappointed considering I’m paying for Mediums & receiving smalls in medium cups.
I’ve told the ladies working before if they could fill it up a bit & they have the worst attitude about it. But you have to ASK them to fill it. That’s crazy.

We decided to grab a quick bite for the night with our toddler. There was plenty of parking to dine in our car. It took about 5 minutes for our order to be taken and it came within 10 minutes. The people are super friendly. We ordered drinks, chicken bites, and a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, the chicken bites were extremely hard which was disappointing because they were meant for my toddler. The cheeseburger was great! Drinks were awesome as usual.

Nov 19th. The service was great. But unfortunately I was disturbed and disgusted to see my wife pull a hair out of her mouth, still attached to the cheese from inside her smasher burger. We were very disappointed and disgusted, I took pictures, reported it & threw out the meals. We just couldn't continue eating knowing what we had just encountered. Very dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

When we went they we're doing "drive through only. So we had to get in line. And it the drive through was super slow.
I love the sonic franchise. It has nostalgia from when I was a kid visiting my grandparents in the South. Unfortunately the one on 4th street is lacking decent service. The place was empty and we waited 23mins for cold food. I asked what we waited on since the place was empty she said the kids hot dog. 'Side eye' They wouldn't even redo my fries. Another issue, while we were waiting my son wanted to switch his kids apple juice for a kids fountain drink. Even though it was literally within seconds of her handing us the juice, they said we would have to pay for a new kids cup. I had to get the manager involved for her to switch the juice to soda. Overall, the girl customer service and the food sucked. Who likes cold fries?

Very bad service I order pay and wait on my order for 30 mins screen say on the way but 30 mins later nobody came out and talk to person bringing the order why say it's on the way Leanne was the name show on screen but 30 mins and nobody bring the food why do they have to say it's on the way to us the order if they not even ready. Just to make good on their corporate that they meeting their time? Never again coming back they not even as busy as in and out but in and out they so fast even they have long lime very disappointed on my first time trying it.

Quite possibly the longest wait time for the most mid menu items of all time. How is the wait so long if were the only people there? its like the staff is genuinely surprised someone is in line.
