We were going to drive 40 minutes to get here. The nearest Sonics location. We had one question but no one answered the phone. Kept getting a pick up and hang up. So we changed plans. Imagine if you had a complaint and wanted to reach the manager. Says alot. No Thanks.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Gabriella the manager at the time is very rude and ignorant. I asked for a refund because it took over 30 min to get my order. She said she couldn't give me a refund and that I had to call corporate for the refund. Asked her for the number to corporate and she didn't know it because they never had to use it. I have been to Sonics all over socal and never had a bad experience until now. Stay away from this Sonics in Rancho cucamonga off 4th street.

How is it possible that it takes more than 15 minutes to deliver two cups of ice cream and reluctantly. Are these guys paid that badly? They have almost no employees and do they have many orders to deliver? Very bad service, they should close this site.

Your employees are lying to customers because they are short staffed. While they are pleasant, they are telling stall customers they only take orders at the drive thru. If so, you need to post notes at the stalls, especially for mobile orders, so we can be redirected.And for the girls running crazy- I think you are getting a lot of upset customers because when you answer the stall your saying "I'll go a head and take your order at the drive thru"... it's confusing. It's OK to say "We are short staffed, can you please place your order at the drive thru". Or, post notes so people don't keep interrupting you by trying to place orders at the stalls, making you stop what you are doing to let them know.

And even though she repeated our order she didn't do it right.no cheese Stix or large drinks for us just bad attitude she said she didn't ring them up and didn't offer to ring them up so we could pay and eat them. The shakes never melted what are
