Sour Cellars Barrel Room

We felt incredibly cared for here. They have delicious wines (our favorite was cherry) and meads in addition to non alcoholic drinks and snacks. They also have some games to play. Incredibly attentive to us and made us feel at home in such a unique environment.

Visiting Ontario briefly, we had the most wonderful tine with Cynthia! The drinks were great and the atmosphere unique. She represents the business very well and we will certainly visit again!

I love sour cellars . Whenever I’m in Rancho I stop by for some of their wonderfully made sours. They clearly take pride in the painstaking method of sours and the blending process. They offer flights, full pours and takeaway bottles. And the vibe is chill and very much Mike a cigar lounge. This place turned me onto the traditional process employed in sour making.

Outstanding brewery. Amazing atmosphere and even better beer. If sours are your forte, you must give this place a try. Try the Bumble Puppy - it won’t disappoint.

AWESOME! I think it is the best place I've ever been. I'm trying to remember something better, but I can't find it, this is the place. Everything, the facilities, the taproom, the beers and mead, next time I'll try some wine.

Top Quality Sour Beer and great service!!!

If you like sours, I recommend trying this place. First time I went there, I tried a flight to taste as many sour beers as I could and they were all great. Then the person there (I'm assuming owner?) told me they were working on some mead that they were going to release in the future. I came back today to see if they had any mead and they did (3 options). They also had wine. All good. The vibe there is a bit gothic and no TVs (watched a basketball game on phone) but the drinks were great. Coming back.

Nice vibe, great selection of sours and they have beer and wine options for those who are not as big a fan of sours.

This cervecería have vintage atmosphere and chill energy. Hight quality craft beers with rich flavors and perfectly balanced and variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft, making excellent recommendations based on our preferences. If you’re looking for a place with amazing beer, a great vibe, and excellent service, this is it.

Visited February, 2025. Amazing, hidden gem in Rancho. The customer service is great, very helpful in helping select your order. They have some great mead, wines, and beers. 15 different sours to choose from while I was there. Will be returning.
