I went through the drive through and even though I wasn't inside, the atmosphere they provide in the drive-through is great too. They understand the order the first time around, and make the drinks perfectly. Thanks for such delicious drinks with a smile. ☕😁

This is supposed to be a space of relaxation and a second place to work and focus but instead this location decides that it’s a club and crank the music. It’s no longer background- it’s at the forefront and it’s interrupting my thought process.

The parking lot is a nightmare! Can’t park in the front of the building because it blocks a path way that goes behind another set of buildings. IMO this is a terrible location for a Starbucks.
The inside was open and spacious and had some seating. Not a lot of tables and chairs for a family to sit and enjoy their order.
Parking: Terrible parking lot, not easily accessible for 2 cars at a time to drive.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a ramp from the handicap parking spot. No accessibility for the door.
8/28/24 around 5:30 am, I put in a mobile order For a venti Nitro Cold Brew, with non dairy vanilla creamer and sugar free vanilla syrup. I get to the window and she tries to give me someone else’s order, then tries to give me a tall black cold coffee, I tried explaining that it wasn’t the right drink and started to explain my order, she walks away before letting me finish and tries to give me back the same tall now with creamer. I tell her it’s not right and try to explain again what I ordered, and again walks off before I finish talking, this time comes back with a venti and non dairy creamer… no sugar free syrup. I took it because tell from the look and didn’t want to hold up the line. Honestly, this is the worst service I have ever experienced at this Starbucks’s. Nobody wants to be given rude service first thing in the morning while buying the most expensive coffee in town, while getting gas station energy from employees.

I just recently downloaded the Starbucks app thinking it would be quicker… it said my coffee would be ready @ 6:24. When I arrived with a friend she ordered in store. Her order which was the same as mine was ready before mine. By 6:29 I asked if they received my order. The lady was soooooo rude, not even looking up she said yeah it’s coming. It took several more minutes and as she is saying names and wishing ppl great days she slams my coffee down without saying my name. I ask it it’s for me and she walks away. How rude! Not sure if she is just rude or didn’t like the color of my skin. Horrible experience!
