Reliable Starbucks location with consistently great service! The baristas here are efficient and friendly, always getting orders right. The store is clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating. Perfect spot for coffee and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!

I just walked to the door five minutes ago, but the door was locked. The service staff inside ordered me to go to the car lane. When I got there, they told me that I needed a car. How ridiculous 😜. It was my fault to lock the door in advance.

The Starbucks off of Haven and Baseline, I usually get good service there but there in one employee that is very unprofessional and not friendly at least to me when I go there.

I don't even know what to say 🥹 I'm very thankful for the staff here this really is a safe space at the location outside of Victoria gardens I was very scared of charging my phone or grabbing another drink I don't know the cross streets of this location I just know it's right by that Wells Fargo outside of victora gardens? I am not a tweaker I am a homeless boy with autism who needs help and I know Starbucks are safe places this particular Starbucks yesterday did not give that vibe I heard them talking about me the staff and it really hurts to hear the things they were saying because I am not a druggie and I am sorry that I am dirty but I am just a stoner and I am somebody's lost child I did not like the way i was treated there almost so much so that I did not want to trust another I simply assumed I would be treated the same at any other location because of my looks and my dirtiness I was really wrong and happy to be wrong today because here at this location these people fed me a customer gave me a water and asked if I was okay somebody gave me a croissant and I just had enough money to buy my pink drink I thought that's all i was getting and that I would just kind of sit here alone people have been very kind they make sure I am okay here THIS LOCATION IS A SAFE SPACE The people here do not seem to give you dirty looks they seem to care if you are around the area go to this Starbucks it is better than any location I have been to yet here in rancho Also look what they wrote 🥹

This is a smaller Starbucks, with not a lot of natural light. But there is a long cushioned bench where you can get work done. While there are outlets at each table along the bench, they are so worn, the plugs don’t stay securely in the outlet. The Internet connection is great. And the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, as most of the parking spaces run along the drive-through line, which could make it difficult to leave once you’re done. The food and coffee were consistently excellent Starbucks quality. Overall, this is a great location.

As a local community connector, I enjoy supporting neighborhood businesses and often meet clients at familiar spots like our local Starbucks at Foothill and Archibald. While engaged in a productive conversation with my client, we were kindly approached by a barista who informed us of Starbucks' policy requiring a purchase to remain on the premises. I was surprised by the timing of the request, as we were already well into our meeting and had every intention of ordering. I’ve met at this location before without issue, so this felt a bit unexpected.
Let’s make a effort to continue to support our local businesses and each other with kindness and communication.

I ordered online for the convenience. It’s showing that my drinks are ready, but when I get there, it’s not ready the employee takes their sweet time with a bad attitude. Always such a bad experience coming here. There are so many occasion when I’m here the employees act like they hate their job and the customers 99% of the time. They are rude, disrespectful, and will ignore you even after asked multiple times. I always get nervous coming here. If I have a choice, I would never go to this location ever again. This is for the morning shift associates.
