My husband literally went inside to get hot water to make a bottle for our kid and they told him he had to buy something to get the hot water. I never had this problem at any other Starbucks...insane.

They have tables where you can hook your laptops n phone , service is the best I ordered cold matcha with soymilk and 4 pumps of syrups

I am in disbelief at the treatment we just received from the girl with long, black, curly hair. I understand that today is Christmas, but a cone should have been placed in front of the drive-through to stop customers from entering. Instead, we waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told you were closed. The girl was extremely rude. This experience was unacceptable!

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the unprofessional behavior of a clerk named Anthony. My daughter coffee had spilled, and I informed him that the area needed to be cleaned for safety and courtesy to other customers. Instead of addressing the situation, he dismissed me and said, “We don’t clean outside.” He also did not offer a remake of the drink, which Starbucks typically guarantees as part of their customer care. The dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to help made the interaction quite unpleasant.

However, I do want to recognize **another employee—the cashier, whose name I unfortunately did not catch—**for her kindness and professionalism. She stepped in without hesitation, came out with hot water, cleaned the spilled coffee, and even remade the drink for my daughter. Her helpfulness truly reflected the level of service Starbucks is known for, and she turned what could have been a very negative visit into a much more positive one.

Anthony could learn a great deal from his co-worker’s customer service skills. I hope management is made aware so all employees provide the standard of care Starbucks customers expect.

I have ordered a venti Iced lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha plenty of times at other locations but I have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered from the drive thru They gave it to me with no ice and no lavender, I went inside asked for it to be remade taste was better and I got ice but half the cup was the cream foam. Never going back to this location.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever went too. They would give me water 💧 the little guy at the window told me they don't give out water anymore since January and I literally got water from them yesterday.

On my way home from an event I stopped at this Starbucks to get a tea. It was the only coffee shop around the area that was still open late. The place was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I ordered a medicine balm tea sweetened with lemonade, my go to drink at Starbucks. Overall it was a good experience coming here on a late night.

Asked lady to clean table because it is sticky with marks. Lady was very slow and had an attitude. Used a wet rag, didn’t do a good job, i cleaned it again with napkins. If she doesnt like working there or helping make the store clean, she should get another job.

If you’re one of those people that likes to get the wrong coffee you Oder , well let me tell you you’re on the right place.
Today around 4:30 pm I oder my coffee through the driveway and they got it wrong, I went inside and they made again, I should have tasted right there but I drove off and went I took a drink it was so watery that I threw it out.
So if you like a good coffee go to another Starbucks not this one.
This Starbucks is in the corner of Day-creek and Baseline . And FYI: this is not just for today they ALWAYS get it wrong and they don’t care!
