I've had nothing but friendly employees when ordering through the drive-through. My friend remembers me when I order, lol. I even get cute little comments on my cup. Fast and friendly service.

If you’re one of those people that likes to get the wrong coffee you Oder , well let me tell you you’re on the right place.
Today around 4:30 pm I oder my coffee through the driveway and they got it wrong, I went inside and they made again, I should have tasted right there but I drove off and went I took a drink it was so watery that I threw it out.
So if you like a good coffee go to another Starbucks not this one.
This Starbucks is in the corner of Day-creek and Baseline . And FYI: this is not just for today they ALWAYS get it wrong and they don’t care!

All the time I order from here, they can never get my order right especially when I order a grande caramel Frappuccino with extra Carmel and no whip cream I get it with whip

The barista at the window was friendly, professional, and greeted me with a bubbly 'good morning' attitude (I liked that) but my coffee was 1/4 empty and flavorless. Someone inside dropped the ball on my order. Great window attitude 👍, not so great product 👎.

Unfriendly and took way too long for peach green tea, but I get it, they can get busy. But then as my daughter is drinking her tea, twice she nearly swallowed a small piece of plastic. The first time we were unsure it came from the drink when it appeared in her mouth. But the second time confirmed it.
This is my favorite starbucks to go to. All the baristas are great at their craft and the coffee is always good.

The person ( female ? Orange Hair balled up on her head) working the drive thru this evening 6/13/2024 - Really has ZERO customer service skills. This is the second time she has displayed awful customer service- Is it really that difficult to take and order and make sure it right? Also, to not even thank the customer- this person gave us the drinks and closed the window!! The was NO line just one - ONE car behind us.. we needed napkins and she ignored us.. Just like before. Come on Starbucks hire people who like their job and can smile use appropriate manners while HELPING Paying Customers.. Please Do Better!!

This store started with a welcoming layout. A comfortable cushioned seating with a lot of outlets. Then they removed the electric outlets, changed the layout, in effect telling customers that ur’e unwelcome to hang around here. Get ur coffee and leave.
It was my third space btw home and office. I hung out there, I did my work there, I socialized there. My laptop and phone are always below 50%, so I slowly stopped going to starbucks.
Some c-suite exec with very little understanding of us the customers, decided to make it just abt. the coffee. Don’t let them charge their devices they will leave. He said. And yes they all did. It used to be busy. Now it is empty. I was never there for the coffee.

This location is not my normal location to visit, but it will definitely be my last. The drink quality is good, the store is clean, but the attitude in the store is pretty bad. I made an order, when I got to the window I asked again if it was made to order in which I was assured it was correct and found out 2 miles down the road that indeed it was not made to order.
I was running late to an appointment, but I wanted my drink correct so I turned around and went back to the location. I was not happy because now I would be late to my appointment. When I explained that I asked twice for the correct drink I was dismissed by the employee that all the tags would not say that. No apologies for the mistake, but she was aggressive in remaking the drink and made it feel as though I was putting her out.
You can buy coffee and tea anywhere, maybe considering this when stopping here.

Nice Starbucks. Much better than the ones in LA these days, most of those locations don't have outlets to charge your devices while you're there. In all honesty that is one of the top reasons I patronized Starbucks at all over the years. I found thoughtful touches like that made the high price of coffee worth it. LA locations have done away with many of those things over the past few years... This location has not! The baristas were polite, had welcoming smiles and got our drinks to us quickly and correctly. What more can you ask for!
