It's a great location for cyclists to take a break. Nearby the location is my cycling path in PET.

Nice Starbucks. Much better than the ones in LA these days, most of those locations don't have outlets to charge your devices while you're there. In all honesty that is one of the top reasons I patronized Starbucks at all over the years. I found thoughtful touches like that made the high price of coffee worth it. LA locations have done away with many of those things over the past few years... This location has not! The baristas were polite, had welcoming smiles and got our drinks to us quickly and correctly. What more can you ask for!

Our visit was very unpleasant. It was my little son’s birthday. Purchased 6 drinks plus cake pops. The cashier was rude, the tables were dirty. My oldest daughter even noticed that the cashier was rude. I was very upset. I’ve couldn’t say something like asking for the manager but I’m just not that type of person I just stay quite. Plus I didn’t wanna ruin my day just because of the ignorance of other people that don’t know how to treat customers. Maybe because I’m Hispanic I got treated like that.

Went in to this location for coffee and desert with my wife on a Sunday evening about 5:00pm. As we waited in line I noticed that all tables were occupied by what appeared to be college aged young adults between 18-25. There were 12 of them but they didn't seem to know each other. Each one had a laptop. 3 of them had Starbucks drinks. 7 of them had water on Starbucks cups,1 had no drink. One had a thermos. It looked like an after school study hall. There was literally no place to sit. Starbucks management needs to take control of the study hall environment. We had no option but to leave and go to Dennys.

Worst service ever. They made a mistake on my order. I could not turn around to come back and get that fixed in the morning. I had my receipt the sticker was on the drink and I came back about an hour and a half later. The drive-through lady asked why did I not call Starbucks to let them know my order was wrong. Who the heck called Starbucks when you're on the road trying to get somewhere? Are you suggesting that I use my phone and drive at the same time and as well as punching the numbers on my phone? I'm older. I'm not familiar with all these high-tech gadgets. When I got there, they talked to me like I was a child mind you I'm just about old enough to be their grandmother. So, as with other things going on with Starbucks, I will not be coming back to my neighborhood, Starbucks.

Usually I do the mobile order app for in store pick up. Drink ready time is pretty accurate. I've never done the drive thru as the line is always long. Seems quicker to go in and order. It's normal flow of customers, usually not overly crowded, nor extremely noisy. My drink orders always come out how they're supposed to, so no complaints there.

Stood at the register waiting for 5 minutes, finally 1 acknowledgedthat i was there, "oh give me a moment", 2 Baristas were working on orders, another one was making her own coffee to go on break, another one was stocking, one just came on duty, stood there another 5 minutes, and still No one even bothered to ask what i would like. As i walked to the door the lead was saying to the in coming employee on shift, no cold bar, how as yesterday, oh thats a nice one, 3 of the 6 made eye contact, but failed to acknowledge that i was even there standing in front of the register. I cound understand some of this if it was packed, there were 3 people inside. Maybe someone will actually read this as this is not the 1st time. For an over priced coffee, this is not how you keep customers coming back to this location. I would highly recommend going to a different location, the one on Daycreek and foothill has their act together.

They ALWAYS get my coffee dialed in perfectly compared to any Starbucks in the area. The sweet and cream ratio with their cold brews is always perfect. Not too sweet, not too much cream but enough you can taste it in there just the perfect ratio every time I go.

Lenny is the BEST at this Starbucks! I teach at Cyclebar on Saturday mornings and he lights up this location with his smile and personality. Thank you Lenny!

Restroom are dirty and the floors inside the Starbucks is too. Most time I will walk out of a restaurant if the place is dirty. However, I have to tell my self it’s just coffee. Will probably not come back to this store for a while. How Jared is it to use soap and water.

Nice Starbucks with a cute patio area. Love this one. I always go for my favorite Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso with 2 xtra pumps of brown sugar, 3 pumps caramel and caramel lining of the glass.
