great spot by Ralph's. they should encourage foot traffic and personal transportation vehicles . they should have open mic night and give back to the community with live music there is more they could do if they really cared. Location is perfect for more activities.

Visited today. Ordered Carmel brulee latte, hot chocolate and chai tea latte. The barista Matt was friendly and amazing. He made us awesome drinks and they tasted delicious!!!

I come here 3 times a week the place has lovely sitting for you to hangout with friends or by yourself. Especially the outside sitting, there's usually a beautiful breeze that passes by and gives a lovely atmosphere. The drinks and treats are well made, overall I love how everything is presented and the service. I definitely would recommend. Parking: Parking is decent, visible and right outside the cafe. The parking lot feels fresh in how, there is no littering or trash on the floor/street.Kid-friendliness: The kid-friendliness is always there whenever I visit. I always see little kids, all ages are welcomed, and just a wonderful cafe to study, ECT.Wheelchair accessibility: The chairs inside and outside are light weight and easy to move for wheelchairs and the doors provide a big amount of space to get in.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato on DoorDash, along with other drinks. This particular one had absolutely NO coffee, which is so odd because wouldn’t you be able to tell there is no coffee?? I checked the order and ordered correctly…I don’t know if this was done on purpose, however the manager at the store where the order came from (this store) did not say much besides there was nothing she could do. Just super inconvenient and odd that someone at a coffee shop would just put creamer and milk in a cup and send it out …

Love going to this Starbucks. Even though there isn't a drive through, I rarely have to wait more then a few minutes. Also, when I pre order, the drinks are ready quickly, even if I order just five or so minutes before picking up. Staff are always friendly as well!

This Starbucks location has left me incredibly disappointed – a sentiment I express with utmost sincerity. Today's visit only solidified my belief that this is, without a doubt, the poorest Starbucks I've ever encountered. Despite being a returning customer who has frequented this branch a few times recently, my experience this morning was nothing short of disheartening.Upon my arrival, I courteously held the door open for a middle-aged man who was approaching behind me. I then took my rightful place in the queue, never letting him ahead of me. Oddly, the same man chose to position himself on the opposite side, almost as if a secondary line existed (though there are no signs indicating whether the line started from the left or from the right). However, to my surprise, the employee behind the counter, who had a clear view of the entire situation, proceeded to serve him first. This decision was made despite my clear presence as the rightful first person in line, a fact that cannot be disputed by any reasonable standard. I left the premises without ordering anything.I'm genuinely disappointed in the level of customer care and attention at this Starbucks. It is with no hesitation that I reiterate my stance that this is, unequivocally, the worst Starbucks experience I've ever encountered. I strongly advise others to consider alternative locations with better service and customer consideration. Avoid like the plague.

Walked up to the counter give her my name for the order. Says it's not ready, standing there waiting. They ignore me and keep talking to each other about non work related topics. proceed to hand out several other orders. The original girl I checked in with, never acknowledged me again. Finally 10 mins later another girl walks up and ask what I am waiting for. I tell her and my order was just sitting there for the last 10 mins. As an Uber driver I get blamed for the poor quality of the food. I don't get a tip, bc it took to long. These girls need a manager who will make them work instead of talking about boys. Maybe hand out the food and drinks when they are readyCompared to other Starbucks 3 stars
