You know it’s bad when it’s 3 workers and they’re just gossiping about Juan Carlos who needs helium and not helping myself or the lady in front of me. Coffee has gone downhill. Coffee is sour, actually quite bad. They need to adjust their coffee/expresso machines more often. STARBUCKS you can do better!
