In all of my whole entire life I have never ever known for any location to deny a customer ice water weather or not they’re making a purchase, if it’s almost nearly triple digits outside, give the customer some water, it’s not coming out of your paycheck!!!!!

I come here on my breaks from work and there is times I buy stuff but today I had lunch and food and I went in to sit down and look work emails and your literally harassed in I guess the nicest way possible ( forced ) to buy something to sit there ... I swear you would never experience that at Panera bread

This “new policy” is soo stupid how are you gonna make somebody buy something, when all I wanted was ice water this has never happen before how you guys gonna make people buy something from you just to get the water

I bought an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso ,an iced matcha latte ,a butter Croissant and a grill cheese. My son’s matcha had CHUNKS of matcha powder that weren’t mixed in properly, and my coffee tasted horrible 😩 and my butter croissant was cold and I ordered it hot . I won't go back to this Starbucks ,and I don't recommend it either.

I have never before experienced this at starbucks, but today was my day! I ordered a double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich, I must say that I was in the drive-thru, just got my order and left, and my surprise came later. When I realized my double smoked bacon sandwich only had a tiny bit of bacon... What a disappointment! I understand that sometimes they're busy, but this was not the case. Did someone else experience the same at this particular starbucks??

If you have a nut allergy I would not recommend coming to this starbucks.
Twice already i have got a drink here and it gave me an allergic reaction. I breakout in hives from a drink they give me and the drink doesnt even have nuts in it. Just milk and coffee. And those same drinks i order never give me issues at any other starbucks. I haven't had a reaction at any other starbucks beside this one.
The people working there are friendly but I am assuming they don't fully clean their blenders/machines after use and they become cross contaminated.
For your safety id recommend going to another one if you have this allergy.

went thru the drive thru asking for just a cup of water- they said they were closed- HELLO? will an act of kindness such as a cup of water lead to the company’s bankruptcy?? seriously? i was appalled, and then she had the audacity to explain that the new company policy about making a purchase for water (and i was totally willing to make a purchase) i told her that’s okay i’ll make a purchase and then she went on to repeat that they were closed. . . i was seriously having a bad day, i had just gotten off a rough shift in retail, i was dehydrated and was really hoping to get some water, but instead i was turned away, seriously starbucks this is how you treat your customers? the employee had absolute no empathy whatsoever, i’m not sure who she was, but she was working on saturday and this happened at around 10:20 ish at night. she was very rude to turn away a customer, doesn’t starbucks want to treat their customers with kindness as to make them want to return? well i’m not returning at night that’s for sure, their are plenty of other baristas at different locations that are a lot friendlier than she was. logan from this location however is a total sweet heart- he took my order the other day and made me feel so welcomed. compliments to him, and for the other girl, i hope her manager gets to talk to her about this incident.

Horrible location. They got my order completely wrong and when I questioned chocolate cream cold brew they said it was correct despite my drink being white??? I didn’t want to bother arguing so I just left only to find my food items I ordered were wrong and my girlfriend said her hot drink was lukewarm. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Did a drive through they don t get your order right on the mic , they give you the wrong order at the window . Very chaotic. A nightmare. Poorly organized or staff is poorly train.either way will avoid this specific location.
