Horrible location. They got my order completely wrong and when I questioned chocolate cream cold brew they said it was correct despite my drink being white??? I didn’t want to bother arguing so I just left only to find my food items I ordered were wrong and my girlfriend said her hot drink was lukewarm. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Did a drive through they don t get your order right on the mic , they give you the wrong order at the window . Very chaotic. A nightmare. Poorly organized or staff is poorly train.either way will avoid this specific location.

This Starbucks sets itself apart in Rancho Cucamonga by staffing some of the most genuine baristas and engaged management I've seen in a café. The people who work here are extremely friendly, accommodating and pay attention to every detail.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Two of my family members ordered their own drinks, with one of them receiving their drink before the other. We waited a few minutes but my one family member did not receive her drink, until she had to speak up and ask the workers. Both girls were saying that they were "backed up" and that the drink will be ready soon.
My family member left the store because she was confused about the service being "backed up" when everyone else was receiving their drinks. By the time her drink was ready, the workers rolled their eyes when she left, and made snide comments under their breath. I completely understand if the store is busy and they are indeed backed up, but it is instances like that where as a customer, you feel extremely uncomfortable by the lack of professionalism and consideration by the employees.
I am only giving this review a rating because of Starbucks deal, but this location in particular I will never be coming back to. Please do yourselves a favor and find another local coffee shop to support :)

I am a very happy Starbucks customer this morning! This place used to be the quickest and had the calmest environment. Now it has the slowest service. Some of the baristas here are feeling bossy. No customer pleasing personality. While I'm waiting for my coffee, not intentionally, I got to observe them, you can even hear them commanding each other with no clear authority. One acts like a boss and making noises while the other staff are busy doing their job.

I haven’t had a problem at this starbucks. The employees have a nice or normal attitude. I only had a problem with one person at the window who was acting passive agressive but I never saw her again. I go here often.
