Stopped in Rancho Cucamonga Starbucks on Haven & Baseline to buy beans. Attendant had difficulty making change for my purchase & wasted my time seeking a manager to make change.

Be careful. Non-ADA dogs running over diningroom; dogs on seats, etc. Had to move seats, then leave resaurant on multiple days - dog smells. Starbucks employees do not follow animal healthcode rules. Only starbucks I have ever seen this at.

This Starbucks is one of the best I’ve been to. The customer experience is always a 10/10 here. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to provide you recommendations and different drinks I’ve never tried before. I just discovered a new drink I like thanks to Carlie, not only did she recommend more than one drink, she was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed when deciding on a drink. I especially like that it always looks clean even when it’s busy, not the same in all Starbucks.

Ever since they remodeled, their drinks have gone downhill. They can’t even shake a matcha, there is always loads of powder at the bottom. The baristas attitudes are stand offish and everytime I come I have to ask them to remake my drink because it never tastes right the first time. I would prefer the old employees who actually knew how to make drinks and greet people. Im just going to go to a different location from now on …

I went here this morning 11/3/24 And did not feel welcomed at all. No one said anything to me. I just stood at the counter for a min. I understand that they are busy but customers come first. Wasn’t a good start to my morning. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I usually do not come to this location because there is no Drive-Thru, but for some reason, the drinks taste better here HAHA. And the customer service is superb; Everyone is very welcoming, and I feel as if, because they do not have the drive thru traffic, they are able to give everything else a little more attention.

Parking: In the Ralph's Plaza, near a Cocos & Burger King.
