Terrible service, I was telling her I ordered NO ICE, she literally just took the ice cubes out of the cup and the drink becomes half cup. Not even a “sorry” for her mistake? Congrats to the owner, you hired a “Great” employee for saving you the money.

Another bad experience with these smaller Starbucks within grocery stores. These places are chronically understaffed and customers suffer for it. I had to leave without my order today as it seemed they forgot about it. There’s nothing that angers a customer more than paying, waiting for a long time, and then getting NOTHING for it. Unfortunately, I was under a time constraint and had to leave before I could complain and ask for my money back. Do not come to these Starbucks within grocery stores unless you have at least 30 minutes for them to complete your order, and then time for you to argue your case that they’ve forgotten you. Will never visit again.

Limited selections of cups and desserts . Not as big as a regular starbucks . No sitting area . This is only good to grab and go if you do grocery shopping .love the pup cups . The service here can be either really good or really bad depending tje day and barista its pretty inconsistant . Nice big parking lot in front of the ralphs . Good location near rite aid. The ambiance isnt there they dont really decorate which is sad . Rancho got better starbucks location this one isnt it .

Parking: It's inside a Ralphs grocery store. Easy access and plenty of parking. I get some shopping done and then pick up my order.
