I ordered a grande, but the cup is not full. it's equivalent to a tall amount inside. This experience is not the first time, as Starbucks has previously disappointed me in this regard. I understand that I could just ignore it or overlook such issues, but I must stress the importance of starting my day with the correct coffee order. I am not complaining, merely explaining the situation, and humorously attributing my emotional response to my hormonal imbalance. Just kidding! 😆 #victoriagardens #starbucks

My wife and I were deciding on what to order and the associate asked if we were ready. After we had apologized and said no, she made an annoyed face and waited in silence.

After about 30 seconds, we were ready and begun to order. My wife has a hard time in certain situations due to her heart condition and gets overwhelmed quickly.

When the associate asked a question about our drinks we were ordering, the entire time she didn’t make eye contact with my wife and I. We did our best to ignore it and continue ordering. At some point the associate asked for clarification on our order and my wife couldn’t hear because of the area around us and politely asked what the associate had said.

The associate repeated her question with attitude and continued to not make eye contact with us. After we had ordered, we noticed her whispering to one of her team members and her team members locked eyes with me.

When my wife and I were discussing this at the table, we were assuming it was possibly a misunderstanding. Unfortunately 2 younger male individuals began to order and it looked like a completely different experience, one we would’ve wished for.

Overall, we felt uncomfortable with the entire experience. We didn’t get a chance to get the associates name, but the associate was fairly darker tone skin, colored hair, and had an Ashley Piercing (bottom lip stud piercing).

Recently been coming here everytime I get off work. Coffees great, helps me get through the rest of the morning after a long 12 hour shift. The girls that work the early shift are absolutley a blessing.

Unprofessional customer service had this guy serve me and my gf with an obnoxious attitude problem didn’t make us feel welcome the other workers were sweet but this guy was just plain unprofessional and disrespectful.

5 star 🌟 for The lady at the window tonight Anna what light she shines. Had us engaged from the moment she took our order all the way until she handed us our drinks to and, she made sure to wipe them down as she gave them to us. At about 6:35pm

This location refused to offer cup of water even after making numerous purchases. Staff seems judgemental, condescending and gas lighting. The staff Kofi was helpful on one of the numerous visit.
