Ordered a French Dip with Au Jus- they forgot the pickle that is supposed to come with the order, the meat was gamey and full of tendons, and the bread a was super soft and almost mushy out of the bag… the meal also came with a side of garlic mashed potatoes that they smooshed into a cup that most places would use for a side of sauce… like, and embarrassingly small portion for what normally costs $5 as a ala carte option. also this yelp listing says that you can eat for $10-$20 per person, but honestly that price point is a stretch. Most of the things on the menu push into the $20-$40 range and the only way to feasibly feed a person for $10 would be to buy the big family deals they offer for large parties. Overall it’s a nice place with good atmosphere but thus far it seems that the food offerings are just mid.

1st eating @ stonefire grill. The staff was friendly. The food was very good. I gave service 4 starts because they forgot to bring out our dessert and we forgot and left.

The food was really disappointing. It wasn't awful, but it was just kind of bland and mediocre, and for the price, definitely not worth it. Seemed great online, but the tri tip was more cooked than we ordered it, it's only flavor came from the gorgonzola on top, which they barely put any of, and the salad was like a cruddy mainly iceberg bagged mix you see at the store. The carrot cake that was supposed to be so good and homemade was also just wet and gooey and had a weird texture. My husband picked up the order and said it seemed really weird like a strange drive thru/fast food version of steak. Can't vouch for the chicken or pork, but I was very disappointed. Definitely not a good deal, and only just okayish.

Terrible service, food was cold didn't have utensils, the chicken was slimmy on the bottom, ribs were cold, only food that was fresh was the breadsticks and mash potatoes. Never eating here again.

Had lunch here and got take out for my partner. This is just sad.... how is this a full portion of food? And my lunch was bigger than this.

I usually order take out and get curbside pickup. But I was with family members who wanted to dine in for the first time. The process was order at register, recieve a number, grab your own napkins, utensils, drinks, and pick your own table.

There was liquid spilled on the floor in multiple spots in the dining area, puddles, but no safety signs put out, nor any employees cleaning it up. There were numerous dirty tables that were left unclean.

The customer service was mixed with decent service, to outright bad. We were are a party of 4, but only I was served first 10 minutes before the rest of the table, so I waited to eat until they were served. At the end of our meal we had to wave over an employee to ask for to-go boxes he slowly walks over and with a blah irrated stance says "uh yeah?", and rudely helps with our boxes.

Overall the tri-tip sandwich & southwest salad were good (but chicken undercooked). The chicken Tortilla soup, and Alfredo pasta were bad. I won't dine in ever at this location. I'll stick to online orders.
