Today, I called the restaurant at 9:21AM PST to inquire for help on an order i needed to place for 6 orders of the Subway special combo for $6.99.The manager, Danielle, short Hispanic female told me I had to place the order online only. I again asked her if she could please me out and that order was for 11:30am. I told her that he location is a participating location and it doesn't state online only. In fact when I went on Friday, 11/15 around 12pm I told the guy once I was at checkout that price wasn't at the $6.99 combo and he said no problem and clicked on something on the screen and I got the $6.99 + tax price. She said I'm the manager and I get to make the decision. We hung up and I ordered online one order per transaction. Suddenly after 3 orders, it cut me off and no matter if I used any debit/credit card or signed in as a guest, it kept declining payment. Which i shouldn't have any issues with my debit or credit card funds. I even tried on PC vs mobile and nothing. I called Subway off Highland and Day Creek again and spoke to the same Female again. I begged her to please help me out because I was going to be late at that point I had already been struggling for over 1.5 hrs trying to place these orders and I was going to be late to work. She said there is no such button. I don't know what you're talking about. Let me call my manager to see there's anything we can do, but there's nothing that I can do she said. I said please just look at your screen. The other guy did it at your location on Friday and when I went to a different Subway, they were able to do it as well. She said we'll I'm the manager and he shouldn't of given you special. I said I'm not sure why you can't help me. I really need your help. We hung up and she called me back and said, no, we can't do it. I went in person and she didn't even have my order ready, which I had placed 3 sandwich combos. An hour and a half before and they weren't ready.She said that she didn't put condiments together because she wasn't sure if I was still going to want the sandwiches. She refused to give me a receipt and said to go on my email but had me sign the other receipts, which I didn't even look at. Again, in person, I showed her on the subway website and app that it does not say online only at all and she said, well, I try helping you, which it's very, very evident. She never tried to help me because she refused to give me the special that Subway is offering. By the way, for being a participating Subway, they don't have the special up on the window, like all the other subways that are participating do. This is not the first time this location refuses to give the special that is offered by Subway. I took the 3 sandwiches, combos. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

The little short (looks to be middle eastern lady) was so rude when asked a question..i just had to walk out..other staff unfriendly,like it is a hard place to work, like employees do not like eachother.. recommend to go other place for your sandwich 1/31/2023 1:25pm
The sandwich artist, Brooklyn, was awesome! She was polite, friendly, professional and followed my directions PERFECTLY. Best customer service I've had in Subway in a few years. Give her a raise!
Just always so disappointed at this location! We always get sandwiches from this branch since it’s the closest to our home, and I try to be very patient because of the pandemic, however I told my daughter to no longer get anything at this branch.She is very quiet and just a teenager, so she won’t complain and just accepts what they do! But, I’m so done with them.The sandwich is for my younger son, who is a picky eater, but loves to eat Subway sandwiches, so even though I cook at home a lot, I choose to buy Subway food for him.This branch won’t smile or greet you, no matter if it’s a busy day or a quiet day. Today, I ignored it because this is the norm for them. However, the lettuce in my kiddos’ sandwiches was yellow, and my daughter asked for the server to cut the sand which and it was not cut.To Subway management, please observe for better service quality and serve fresher veggies for consumption. Appreciate it if you guys take this comment seriously.Thanks
There sandwiches were dry and old. I ordered chicken Teriyaki and it was dry and gummy. Their soda’s were watered down from machine. The subway on Kenyon are better.
I ordered a pastrami sandwich it had no pastrami very poorly made. I call them they said I ordered through doordash and I needed to call them for help with this problem, I called and they only wanted to give me some of my money back I will never eat anything from Subway again and Doordash?
DIRTY! The older lady who works there puts back the food that's falling off your sandwich with a dirty rag in the container at the preparation table while STILL preparing your subway. She put the food back into the containers with a rag two different times. So unbelievably dirty and unprofessional.

Went into this location on 2-5-2021 around 3pm and could not decide what to get. There was a very polite and professional employee named Danika and I asked her to make me anything she'd eat. I believe she called it a turkey Italiano! Or as my coworker and I called it a whatever sandwich because it had plenty of ingredients lol. But it was very delicious!!! Thanks Danika ! I'd recommend this to anyone any day. Thanks Danika:)
I really liked coming here but the young man working the counter tonight 1/15/21 had a horrible attitude and was very rude to me and my daughter, I won’t be coming back here just because of this kid. The manager needs to give an attitude adjustment to this guy. Loyal customers don’t deserve to be treated poorly. Won’t be returning here, very disappointed with the poor treatment.

It's ok. Used to be GREAT when they had the rotisserie chicken.
I will never go back to this location. Subway has started their $5 foot long deal again when you buy 2 or whatever so I ordered 2 steak and cheese and added toppings as well as a kids turkey and cheese sandwich. They charged me $27.90! And when I got home with the sandwiches, we opened them up and there was barely any sauce, meat, cheese or toppings on any of them. We requested that the bread on the 2 foot longs be toasted, instead they seem old and very flaky. There’s no flavor and the meat tastes dry and old.
