My husband ordered a meal to pick up from here. It was supposed to be ready at 8:37pm, when he arrived the store appeared to be closed. Lights off, door locked. He had to bang on the door to get the attention of an employee who came to the door and told him they were closed, mind you they don't close until 9:30pm. He had to demand for them to make the order. Unacceptable and very unprofessional.

If Google and your front door say you close at 9:30 p.m. and I walk in the door at 8:30 and your staff says you can't serve anyone because you're 'closing' an hour before your posted closing time is absolute trash! Either staff is being lazy or corporate has lost control. Ended up going to Jersey Mike's and got better service within their last 15 minutes of closing time. This location is garbage.

My veggie sandwhich had more mustard and mayo then veggies. The mustard kept oozing out of my sandwhich...it was never ending. It's not like I asked for extra mustard and mayo, but it was ridiculous.

Vegetarian options: Most stores don't have the veggie patty which is unfortunate.

You can’t see what you’re going to eat anymore! Well looking at all the bad reviews about the food quality at this place and now they covered the whole food display in stainless steel behind the glass so you won’t be able to see anything anymore it’s kind of scary and very inconvenient. So customers supposed to order and trust blindly that they won’t be eating old food from your display. Then why this Subway?

I’ve always had a good experience. Kind and concise customer service. I live across the street from another subway, but because I’m a bit picky, I drive a little further because of the service and freshness.
