If you like drinking water with your sandwich don’t come here. The owners are so stingy that they won’t even give you a cup of water with your meal. Unlike every other food establishment in the world, they will deny you water so you can buy their marked up water bottles .

Take out- this is not the first time the older lady messed up my order. She forgot my avocado (which I paid extra for) even the wrong bread with other missing ingredients.. if I could give 0 stars I would save the hassle and drive to another subway I will not be coming here again.

The employee who took my order seem to have issues with her hearing when taking my and wife’s orders said she couldn’t hear me yet I was the only customer in the place when she took my order how sad. Plus didn’t finish packing my order when I didn’t leave a tip when I finished paying for it. Maybe I could understand if there were other customers 2-3 than me speaking at the same time but to give me attitude is unacceptable or unappreciated is why the employee didn’t get tipped. Better customer service earns a tip in the end food for thought.

I ordered a hotshot italian on the mobile app, I leave the place get home to eat my food and the lady forgot the pepperoni and avocado which I paid extra for. And when I first got there I went to use the restroom and when I walked out and she was upset I used the restroom and told me to lock her bathroom? I would not recommend going there this was my second time and the lady was rude.

The bread was super stale. The employee was incompetent and had to be constantly reminded of what to put on the sandwich. Skimpy on the meat..like below average, and asked for more. Was told I would be charged extra.. no wonder, why it's going under.

I had the worst experience today at this locationThe employees gave my order away because they claim someone asked for my order by name. They didn't ask for proof of purchase or verification. My wife and i were 15 minutes late to pick up, but that doesn't give them the right to give our food away. The lady that was there said she knows we sent this person because supposedly they said my name. This makes no sense. She refused to remake our order or give our money back because she is certain we are lying.The lady also said this happens there a lot so if that's the case why don't they ask for proof of purchase instead of giving people a hard time. If people ask by name I believe it has to be a employee that calls their friends to pick up a order, either that or they leave the orders in sight for people to read the receipt. In which case they need to ask for any proof of purchase instead of giving people a hard time. We have been coming here for years and I don't know why we were treated like thieves.She also said she was going to check the camera to see that we are lying, we told her go ahead, because it's not us who picked up or sent someone else like she claimed.I sent a complaint to subway to let them know how we were treated and asked for a refund. I hope the customer service doesn't treat us like this subway employee did.

Service was excellent ? I can't complain about the food. The only way to mess up a salad is chop it.. The guy was energetic, friendly, nice smile . Right before closing.

Bread stale, I thought they toasted both footlongs it was so crunchy. Skimp on the toppings, 3 tomatoe slices for a footlong etc take ur $ somewhere else

Never have ingredients and they look at you " like too bad. Horrible service. Lazy employees. But that's what happens with franchises the owner don't GAF. Worst sandwich

We were in the area and decided to stop in as we love the meatball sandwiches. Unfortunately we were disappointed as we waited for over 5 minutes for this young boy to finally come up and help the poor girl that had repeatedly asked for help as she had a couple of us waiting in line. Finally this young boy came out to help us only to disappoint us stating there were no more meatballs. How did you run out of meatballs at 6pm. My feeling is he was not about to walk back and refill the container because he definitely portrayed a lazy employee that did not care about his customers... Sad for the owner of this establishment.

Excellent service. The Filipino guy that was serving us today made sure that we got everything we needed for a sandwich; we are very picky eaters ? his suggestions are greatly appreciated. Didn't get many photos coz I'm busy picking out my toppings lol ? Clean and organized.
