Today I went In around 1:46 was expecting good service but today I went during my lunch with my friend and horrible service. I had gone in before about 3 weeks ago and the lady that was there was really rude when I asked a question ,she was looking at me like if I was at the wrong location knowing that I was asking a question regarding there menu. I let it slide since I know people have bad days but today I went in again. 1/9/25 and they were even worse today. The girl that has a tattoo on her right arm was the one that helped me. When I made a wrong mistake and apologized she looked me and rolled her eyes. she then asked me what vegetables I wanted on my sub and I started to tell her and she cut me off to talk to her coworker that helped us the other day (the one that was rude the first time ) this was very rude and not the first time they’ve acted this way so it must be a regular thing. It so embarrassing that they have the nerve to act that way knowing they chose to work in customer service.

I can't give my business to a place that would refuse a 5 year old use of their customer bathroom. We were going to order food since we were hungry and love Subway but when they slammed their "customers only" rule down on a kid that's about to wet his pants, sorry. We turned around and walked out. Learn customer service and don't make assumptions.

If you are traveling between Los Angeles and Las Vegas by car and it's around lunch time, this small town can be a good stop to break up the almost 4-hour drive. Nice shops, several places to eat, a super well-kept town. We stopped to eat at Subway, an excellent quick sandwich, a stop that satisfied us, a nice surprise

Food quality needs improvement.
Vegetables were old and dried.
Asked for two tuna subs and hardly can taste the tune since there was a small amount. Disappointed for the price paid.

They don't close till 9, but wouldnt let me in to buy 3 COOKIES AT 8:55 PM. ? Pissed.Not to mention the last time I was there ordering a sandwich the guy was talking so much (about nothing at all!) that he added vinegar to my sandwich after Id said it at least 2x NO VINEGAR PLEASE.. I was so irritated I just sucked it up and ate it.

Worker was rude, not helpful. Didn't help with combos either and made faces whenever she made mistakes. Seemed more like she was rushing to get to the back.Also their fountain drinks all tasted terrible no fizz and off flavor even on those that were without fizz.

Ordered a meatball marinara pro which according to the website is supposed to be double protein. I knew it wasn’t as soon as I picked it up but they assured me it was extra meat. Get back and what they call extra meat is half a meatball. I know it’s just a fast food place but you’d think they can at least understand what double means. Anyway, never tip through an online order.

Work customer service ever. The gentlemen working wouldn’t honor the subway coupon. He states “when I scan it, it says zero”. I said idk what that means. He said it means it’s expired or used. I coupon isn’t expired and he wouldn’t even look at the coupon to verify the expiration date, and I couldn’t have used the coupon because I just cut it out the paper today. Will never return
