Today I received phenomenal Service from Amy, she was extremely kind and I really enjoyed our conversation. Very understanding and patient. Also my hot shot Italiano sub was delicious as always. Amy is awesome and I hope all the costumer who come to this Subway have the pleasure of being able to meet her!

The food was good. Did not wait in line. It's too long. The place is very dirty. The floor and chairs are very dirty. They don't give you enough napkins. They need more parking places here. It's a difficult place to park here. The neighborhood is good. The price is a little high. It was not crowded here. Customer service is rude there. 🥪🍽🥤

Whoever owns the Subway, your customer service from your employees is hit or miss. I went there today, Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at around 7:20 PM. I ordered a cold cut sandwich and the tall slim girl with dark hair, she doesn’t seem like she likes her job and she seems miserable. She used to be nice but not anymore. I noticed a Hispanic guy sitting at the table wearing a subway shirt on his computer who I’m assuming is someone there that is a manager. Here’s the thing, I ordered a cold cut sandwich and I was asking for extra green peppers and she told me there was a limit to how much she could put. Now I wasn’t asking for a bunch of green peppers, but I did say extra green peppers and I asked her if she could put a little bit more and she says, no there’s a limit, which is nonsense. And this Subway worker she has seen me more than three times already and she acts like she’s never seen me before. I was the only customer in the store and I think these people should be grateful that I walked into their place of business and actually bought a sandwich because without customers this Subway wouldn’t be in business.

Was told you had no tomatoes. You know what you sell, you should always have everything that the customer is paying for. All I wanted was lettuce and tomatoes and I just get some shredded lettuce.

I have a feeling you have tomatoes but those that close didn't bother to slice any as they were running out as they only had old sitting avocado as well, saying thats all they had.

Today I went In around 1:46 was expecting good service but today I went during my lunch with my friend and horrible service. I had gone in before about 3 weeks ago and the lady that was there was really rude when I asked a question ,she was looking at me like if I was at the wrong location knowing that I was asking a question regarding there menu. I let it slide since I know people have bad days but today I went in again. 1/9/25 and they were even worse today. The girl that has a tattoo on her right arm was the one that helped me. When I made a wrong mistake and apologized she looked me and rolled her eyes. she then asked me what vegetables I wanted on my sub and I started to tell her and she cut me off to talk to her coworker that helped us the other day (the one that was rude the first time ) this was very rude and not the first time they’ve acted this way so it must be a regular thing. It so embarrassing that they have the nerve to act that way knowing they chose to work in customer service.

I can't give my business to a place that would refuse a 5 year old use of their customer bathroom. We were going to order food since we were hungry and love Subway but when they slammed their "customers only" rule down on a kid that's about to wet his pants, sorry. We turned around and walked out. Learn customer service and don't make assumptions.

If you are traveling between Los Angeles and Las Vegas by car and it's around lunch time, this small town can be a good stop to break up the almost 4-hour drive. Nice shops, several places to eat, a super well-kept town. We stopped to eat at Subway, an excellent quick sandwich, a stop that satisfied us, a nice surprise
