The person behind the counter was a bit rude. When she created my friend's salad she basically threw the food in the bowl and it was skimpy.

This place is worst.. went in bought a 6in tasted very strange didnt know why... fyi i always get the same samdwich... only took like 3 bites then could eat anymore was about to throw it away when i noticed tht one of the sauces had a weird cottage cheese texture.. realized then tht it was bad.. told the young kids who were working just sitting around on their phones doing nothing was told tht is not their problem... asked for my money back snd argued with me... talked over the phone with i think its the owner or manager she was very rude as well.. will never be going here again... worst place with rude as people and very highly overpriced...

So.....it's under new ownership..Went there, ordered two subs, two drinks, and chips.Got my total, was gonna pay with a subway gift card."Oh....we're not set up to accept gift cards"... Me: "Well, this is a $15 gift card and I was goi g to pay for the first $15 with this and cash for the remainder."Her: "I'm sorry...we don't accept gift cards."Me: "then....no sale...it shouldn't be my problem that you don't accept gift card."Her: " we're new owners...we don't have that set up."So....they apparently would rather throw away two completely prepared and toasted sandwiches, and two fountain drinks...rather than...maybe...taking the gift card...taking $15 off my total and charging me the difference...and keeping a customer. Terrible customer service decision.We left, and went to the subway on Baseline, a couple miles away, and they accepted our $25 gift card, and we left happy customers.These are the things that generate bad Yelp reviews.

My son and I love our local Subway. The employees are always friendly and eager to prepare your sandwich to your liking. The store is always clean and we are bound to run into a neighbor or two every time we go.

my order was given to me with none of the things i paid for online and when i called to ask if i could come in to get it remade the calls kept being ignored or ended as soon as i started to speak. i paid $45 for food that i couldn't eat.

I ordered on line and it was difficult to find the location as on Mapquest there is one on every corner and the website phone number was non working so I went to the wrong one. I asked the young lady there if she could look up the address and she refused. she stated I had a phone. I am a senior,disabled Vet and do not know how to work. I told her she was rude and she told me the same and proceeded to videotape me. she also informed me she had called the manager. I told her that didn't matter as I would be calling Subway headquarters. the correct location was Terra Vista, no phone #, no notice my order was ready. they have charged my account. Shame on you both Subways. I will boycott primarily due to the treatment I received by that young lady. asking for help,no customers in the entire room
