This store first of all has a B rating hanging in their door. Nasty! Noticed as I left. She (owner or manager) rang me up for the wrong item and refused to correct it as it was more expensive than I should have to pay and she kept my sandwhiches and told me to leave. Horrible customer service!!! Doesn't want to take coupons that she is required to take. Has an excuse that her scanner doesnt work. Refuses to put marinara on the meatball subs that are so dry. This has happened on numerous occasions. Trust me, skip this store and go to another!

Been here a few times, easy to miss, it’s tucked away in the corner. Not too busy the few times I’ve been in, not a lot of parking, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Same quality expected at any subway. Would return out of convenience.

Uh oh, upon second look at the picture that produce looks like it may have already lived its best life ? Roger, the manager, was rude and unprofessional. Ordered #6 through the Subway app for my elderly father, paying extra for extra meat. Upon returning home I received a sandwich with 3 meatballs per side; stingy for a regular and definitely far from the extra I paid for. While it may seem petty, as a matter of principle and annoyed that an elder was not given that which was ordered, called a few times and wasn't able to get a call through (which it's busy around 1pm so I can give them a pass on that).
Upon finally getting through around 5:30pm and holding for some time for the manager Roger answered the phone (again, i get people are busy and can give Roger a pass on that). Roger was rude asking if I ate the sandwich multiple times, even after explaining off the bat that no, my elderly father did and I was not about to tell my him to wait until I get off work in the evening to eat it so I can get him what he asked for because of their mistake.
Roger continued to gas light me asking for information and wasting both our time so he could "check the cameras". If he's not going to be an honorable person regardless and already knows I have a high resolution picture he should have spared us both our time.
Was told how he wouldn't be in business if he remade a sandwich every time someone complained (ok, perhaps Roger is a bit jaded by his experiences). But dishonorable people don't generally last long in that industry, a lesson Roger may unfortunately have to learn the hard way.

That subway is one of the horrible places to go and eat. They use two or three days old bread and I called them and I talked to the manager. His response was that if we have any employees they don’t know how to make bread so they probably use it two day old bread I would not recommend this for anyone even if it’s buy one get 10 free, it’s a horrible place to go. They don’t have no customer service skill zero
I love coming to this Subway because everyone is always so kind! Sage made me a peeerfect sandwich and she had exceptional customer service!

Place an order on the Subway app delivery driver sent a text message that the order was delivered II contacted the store to advise them that I never received the order to reach out to the delivery driver. I spoke with Aaliyah who advised me that there was no manager on duty she was the only employee there and there was nothing she could do about the order not being delivered because the order was placed through the app and it’s a third party. The employee offered no resolution to a $40 order that never reached its destination upon request for the corporate office contact info I was told to Google it ! My customer service experience with this location was so unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Hopefully the managers and franchise owner will provide customer service training to its employees to ensure a better customer experience in the future.If provided with another location I would recommend that choice to have a more favorable customer experience.

I will never return to this subway. I placed an order on the app and nothing was done. Smallest sandwich I’ve ever had, and the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. When I called and spoke to the manager, he just said he would talk to the girl who made it. Also, when I walked in it was very slow, no one was in there, except for (I’m assuming it was the manager) sitting at a table in the corner just staring at me. It was very strange. He didn’t say hi or anything. And when I called to complain, he just said he would talk to the girl. I’ll never return to this subway!!!

Very skimpy toppings on my sandwich. I was not expecting much but this was ridiculous so will not return. Floors were dirty also. Yuck!

Save your money and drive a little further. Or you'll still be hungry even after your meal.The owner of this Subway does not care about customers. Instead of making normal sandwiches he skimps on ingredients to keep more of your money. We ordered in the app for pick-up, and they had to be the smallest sandwiches we've ever had at a subway. I asked for lettuce (got less than half a handful), extra pickles (got maybe 6). This is not the only time this has happened, but there are more Subways in the area, so we will not be ordering from this one again.

DONT COME HERE.A CHEAP owner who SKIMS ingredients and blames problems on the Subway App.I ordered a footlong... Got 3 tomato slices. Ordered extra pickles, there were LITERALLY 4 small pieces (less than the normal amount, not even close to extra). A couple leaves of spinach. Ordered light oil and the sandwich was dripping with it. It is just making sandwiches and reading an order... what is so hard? I guess when you are cheap and stingy, you dont really have to care about customers.I ordered online, waited 35 minutes, then picked up my order. No cookies I ordered were available, which was fine but I didnt have the time to wait. So I asked them to refund it. They said they couldnt do that because they dont have any control over the app. Not really my problem but it was just $4 so i said screw it, grabbed my stuff and left.There is a Subway every couple of blocks, so do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS ONE.
