I can't help myself I have to say this... And I can't remember the last time I was really just totally impressed with a sandwich maker. This guy Bruce at the foothill Subway is like out of this world he is so focused and meticulous on making your sandwich exactly perfect the way you like it I just had to give praise. Check Bruce out tell him that Cindy sent you and he'll make you a sandwich that you won't forget.

Was refused service because I didn't have a mask to put on which isn't even required in San Bernardino county currently. The employee also did not have a mask to give me, which makes no sense if you're going to require customers to wear one even though it's not mandated. Iv brought my family to this specific location forever at least once a week and now you have Permanently lost my business.

Probably one of the WORST experiences at a subway (as i have many at subway, in particular, but this was the worst) Went on Oct 4th, around 5pm, ordered 3 sandwiches online and realized I wanted one more so I added on another sandwich after a few minutes. We went in at the designated time on the confirmation email AND confirmation ticket through the website, but the worker said our order did not go through. We showed our confirmation email that confirmed our payment and they just went "oh i don't know then. can you refund it?" like ????? We checked to make sure it was the right location and we also checked to see if they possibly just included it in the bag with the other sandwich but no, neither of those things. We asked of the sandwich could please be made since we did indeed pay for it, as proven with confirmation. But, about 15 minutes pass and nobody is working on the sandwich we clearly paid for. I'm not in the mood to argue or settle with ignorant workers so I simply spent ANOTHER $12. Not to mention, it took the worker so long to make one sandwich. Overall, it took about 2 hours to get my order. A waste of time- never go here. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORKERS !!

They called me and said they r out of the buffalo chicken which I placed as an online order. Felt sad but they made my day by offering a steak and cheese sandwich with double protein.

The boss for this place is downright unprofessional he takes employees hours for little things and expect them to quit and taking hours is illegal ? but at the end of this place is just not a good place to work at

Not sure what happened, if management changed or ownership changed but this location is now horrible. The workers or should I say worker because there is usually only one person working, have no idea what they are doing. They don't listen to your order. I ordered 3 different sandwiches and she made 2 of the same. I ordered the sub of the day and she had no idea what I was talking about. I refuse to go back there and now go to the subway on Foothill by Walmart. It's just a bit farther away but the service is amazing.

This spot had the best staff, and the owner/manager seemed like a great guy. Then a woman was hired who acted drunk, and reeked of cigarettes. I returned the next week (hoping the manager had fired her by now) to see her blocking the entrance where she was taking her cigarette break. I drove off, not to return for at least a year. I visited this location twice recently and didn't see her or her sort. There was one lady I was pleased to recognize from the past, and a new team member who seemed to be sort of trying at her job. I know staffing can be a challenge, so I'm happy to at least see improvements at this location.

Definitely redeemed themselves!!! This by far is my favorite subway location in Rancho Cucamonga. The employees are always friendly and food is beyond fresh! There wait times are virtually nothing! Love it. Thanks Subway (:

I got my sandwich from this location and am not talking bad about it but the app sucks. It will never be the same as watching your sandwich being built! I will not be using this app again! The staff was great at this location!
