Came to try this spot for the first time and I was dissatisfied with the temperature of the sushi that was meant to be cold rolls and the raw pieces were room temp not cold at all as if they were just sitting out and not refrigerated
The service was not it either the waitress didn’t care to explain the menu and what always trying to rush when it came to bringing us our food even to when it was time to pay she just picked up our card and was gone by the time I tried to ask her a question not friendly at all I will not be returning here I need some good quality sushi especially for raw pieces!

Terrible service, incomplete orders, it took over an hour for the next order and they still charged buffet prices. Ridiculously bad service and the manager's excuse is that he's in the back and doesn't realize what's happening in the restaurant.

The baked rolls were too fishy, but the sashimi and regular rolls were good. Service was just okay. We did the all-you-can-eat option but didn’t receive all the appetizers we marked off. We also asked for a water refill and never got it. The food took a long time to arrive, even though the restaurant was fairly empty during lunch

I’ve eaten a lot of sushi, and this place was horrible. Came in, got all your can eat. We ate the starters (edamame, baked mussels and miso soup). The mussels came out cold, and not warm at all. Our nigiri and sushi rolls. We didn’t even finish. Picture is our first round and ONLY round, as we left. Albacore was tough and overly fishy (closer to yellowtail is which fine but not how albacore should taste), the nigiri had silver skin on it still which is horrible cut jobs) and after eating all of 5 pieces of fish between 2 people they charged us 101 dollars. I’m fine with paying for what we ate, even if horrible because I’m not asking for handout but- this was wild for what was literally the worst sushi I’ve had.

Place has gone down hill. All rolls were warm. They didn't tell me until after we ordered that they didn't have gluten free soy sauce which i asked for when we sat down
Also we didn't even make it through the 1st round(only 6 rolls) and they washed to charge for the few pieces we couldn't finish which would be fine we never mind paying BUT they said we couldn't take the few pieces they made us pay for. And to tip it off those last few pieces came WAY after we finished everything so we got full while we waited. So if you don't eat a lot it works be cheaper to go to a sushi place that charges per roll and you get fresh fish.

First of all the service was amazing. Not too much talking, but very attentive. Everyone was kind. Food came out promptly and was hot. Yummy Yummy. Also, another big win is you can do half orders of a roll.
Thank you 'Sushi One Spot' for the wonderful evening.
