I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.

I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

The food is fresh with variety of options. Sarah was amazing, she was patient and friendly and explained all the options.

Destiny was so patient and very helpful! My friend and I tried this place out for the first time, and we were intimidated by all the options and ways to order but she was very kind and patient with us. She took the time to explain and give a run down of how to order and it’s sooo appreciated! Give her praise because she helped Sweet Greens in gaining new customers! Will be returning, the food was so delicious and greatly priced! I had the crispy rice bowl and am excited to have it again.

Stole someone’s parking space cus they were too slow turning into it, then some lady got really mad at me and yelled from across the lot that I was an asshole. 10/10 food tho would come again.

Great healthy option for take out food. Many choices for bowls and plates. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is clean and plenty of seating. Service was very friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable for such high quality food. Easy parking in back of restaurant. Highly recommend and will visit again.

My coworker and I stepped in Friday 8/23/2024 after work, I had hyped her up about my 1st experience at sweetgreen and how delicious the food is 10/10, I was so excited to be back for my 2nd round of organic goods! Our service experience started off on a good note although towards the end of the line the female worker’s approach took a dark and drastic turn that only led her customer service downwards, her intentions were to guilt trip me after I ordered a redo since she committed an error over my salad. Her error was squeezing lemon juice everywhere my salad when I was specifically ordering all of my dressings on the side. Surely I do prefer my lemons on the side since I made that clear from the beginning. She began to guilt trip me by saying if I order a redo that would mean I would be wasting company food she continued to say I don’t think you would want to involve yourself in food waste and I won’t be able to restart your order from scratch. I stood my ground and demanded her to remake my order because no customer should pay for something they didn’t choose especially if it’s a “creat your own”-sweetgreen. Anyways I adore the quality of food in sweetgreen, I will be hungry for more unfortunately our first impressions were so negative. I will not be accepting the horrible service of this female worker instead I’ll wait and hope for a more professional experience for the 3rd time around. I wrote this review as a warning for this lady’s service do not let her words and actions treat you disturbingly. Pardon me for not knowing her name but I’ve provided a picture of the rude worker.
