Why is it so loud in here?! I had to eat outside cause the music was so loud.

Ordered food and drinks and got the drinks but waited 30 minutes until they finally noticed me waiting at the lobby. I ask where is my food because ive been patiently waiting. They still dont help me get my order until what im assuming the manager finally comes over and asks about my order, then they JUST print it and start working even though multiple drive thru and doordash orders come out. When I get my food I do not even get an extra item for the long service. Overall bad experience.

They have never got our order right. We return to this location because it’s close and they are nice. However, If I’m ordering for 7-10 ppl each time..I shouldn’t have to check my order before leaving the drive thru, it should be accurate. Each time, we stupidly head home excited with our order, and 👏every 👏single 👏time we have to come back and tell them what was forgotten in our order. They are nice about it but come on!! In n out employees never miss!! We are not looking for 1 or 2 freebies, we want the order right. Period! Not one ‘free’ order of cinnamon twists for the inconvenience because they are busy. please read the screen, check the order, then dbl check the order before handing it out the drive thru window. Next time this happens, we will drive to the next closest location. 1.5 miles vs 3 miles just might be worth the headache.

Came here to try to new Live Mas Cafe. Greeted right away with the kindest staff. The manager circles around checking on customers. 5 stars was the max, but they deserve 100 stars!! Definitely will come here again. Oh…and the new drinks were sooo yummy!!

Needed a place to grab a bite and use the restroom because I was early for a meeting. The doors were locked at 11:30 am, drive thru only. Sorry, I'm sick and tired of eating in the car. I'm over in this area all the time and I won't be back. I read other reviews and I guess this is a common thing here.

The food is always what you expect from a Taco Bell...DELICIOUS...but I've never received my correct order from this location. The employees are nice and never rude, but they can never get it right. Last night I placed a large order and they didn't pack my food. Everyone else got theirs, but not me. :( It seems like there's always an issue when I come to this location.
I usually love Taco Bell Baseline. But tonight 7/31 the quality was real bad. I purchased a lux box the chips were all broken tiny bits the cheese dip was only half full and the taco was soggy on the bottom and the rest was all broke into pieces and so stale like it sat out all night I will give it one more try.

The store workers are tooo tooo slow in there work they dont even ask the order and the service is soo bad its takes 22 minutes to pick my order from store and they even look at the customer, very bad service

This was a complete rip off...I order a 5 layer beefy burrito which had little to no beef and a whole lot of beens...I ordered 3 doritos tacos and was only given 2...I ordered a cantina chicken bowl which had little to no chicken and a whole lot of lettuce and rice...I ordered 4 crunchy tacos that where so soggy they would brake apart upon trying to eat them...34 dollars wasted...never again will I go to any Taco Bell...
