I’ve been 0/3 at this Taco Bell. The first time they stated they “weren’t ready” even though it was a 6pm on a Friday night. I literally drove here and had to turn back. The second time they didn’t have a Mexican pizza and I had to order something else. The third time I ordered a Mexican pizza and it was missing sauce on like half of the food, and they didn’t cut the pieces into 4. It tasted so bad as well. I’m going to drive further at this point to avoid this Taco Bell

We ordered food then after 30 minute we still didn't get anything then two other customers came in and told us that the worker gave them the wrong food. And then they told us that they ran out of steak. I mean why don’t you tell me before? You have to tell me after I order?!

Service was abismal. I could not get assistance even as staff stared directly at me. I called to one young lady who ignored me and refused to even respond to my question. Well this place used to be one of my favorite Taco Bell locations but I guess people don’t care anymore about customers. Only person worth a damn was the young man with blond hair that was on cashier and working the window. Had to edit to add they overcooked my food and messed up my order. Update they did the same thing to two more customers while I was at the location eating and they messed up one of their orders as well.
Besides the fact that the lady with the purple hair made us feel uncomfortable , they took forever to give us our food and they didn’t give some items that we paid for with our hard working money. We love Taco Bell but did not like this location.

Never open on time the girl there is always telling me that I have yo wait 10-20 mins for the breakfast to be ready. The food is sloppy if you do end up waiting. And the staff is rude

ive ordered the VEGETARIAN black bean crunch wrap in the VEGGIE build ur own cravings box on the mobile app a few times in the past month and tell me WHY this is the SECOND time(3 in total) ive been given taco meat IN THE BLACK BEAN VEGETARIAN FREAKIN CRUNCHWRAP COME ON? im personally not vegetarian so i eat the crappy taco meat anyways cus i dont wanna waste my time going back, but as someone with a vegetarian/vegan mother this is literally so infuriating??? they get my special request to change nacho cheese to regular cheese right but they cant even get the right protein option, the most important thing, ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS THE VEGETARIAN OPTION wrong like??? they also never cut my sisters quesadillas >:(
