The mood of employees here are hit and miss.
We are setting up our new office in the area and wanted to try out new place for drinks and coffee . We did stopped by already 3 times within a week and tried their chicken karaage last time as well . I usually get viet coffee and my wife some matcha drink .
Staff is always great. Drinks are good too. Nice place to have a conversation or work.
Sad that this place is in such a good location because the food was midd, everything was mid, even the Thai tea. Chicken and edamame had no flavor, it didn’t even taste like it had salt and because it was so bland I could taste the old oil that made my stomach hurt later that day. Also Thai tea was just not sweet enough, honesty just tasted like milk. The guy was nice, that’s why I’m giving it two stars. But it was just way to expensive for how bland it was:/
Not a friendly environment
I have been here quite a few times and I love the drinks.
I would normally get a Classic Thai Tea and then have them add on their Ube. (Now I have the video added)
Today my husband and I ordered the Vietnamese Frappes and the chicken karaage snack.
Yummy! I loved it!
My husband did say his chicken felt slimy. I noted that texture as well but I didn't might as much.
Boba drinks are truly a delightful treat—refreshingly sweet, perfectly chewy, and bursting with flavors that make every sip exciting. Whether it’s a classic milk tea or a fruity burst of passionfruit or mango, each cup offers a satisfying balance of creamy, sweet, and fun textures from those iconic tapioca pearls. What makes the experience even better is enjoying these delicious drinks in a clean, well-maintained environment. The spotless tables, fresh decor, and hygienic preparation area add a comforting sense of care and quality, making it a perfect spot to relax and savor every gulp. When great boba meets a pristine setting, it’s truly a winning combination!
Nice, simple interior and a good drink menu.
Quick service. Very polite.
I asked for no ice and paid extra for that. As you can see in the picture, they put ice 😪

Clean district, Beautiful area, Good vibe.
Great place to have a sip of tea and relax.
The tea there is also tasty.
Matcha was good but thai tea was just ok.
The food was delicious, perfectly spiced to my taste, and the customer service was excellent.
Really cute spot with great iced coffee
Not really authentic. I have never been to a boba shop that doesn’t have a green tea mango boba. It’s def geared to people who don’t like authentic flavors. Krak Boba off 6th and mountain is better. I will travel to Diamond plaza for boba. This place is less than 3 minutes and I won’t be going back. The staff isn’t that well educated in the products they sell. To quote Randy Jackson “it’s a no from me dawg.”
