I love T.G.I. Fridays but have to say we had the worst experience at this location at Victoria Gardens. We arrived at a great time, there was no wait and hardly any customers. The service was awful. The server was nice, but slow and forgetful. We waited 30+ minutes for our order to be taken and another 30+ minutes for our food. An hour+ wasted before we even got our food. The food was cold, some items were overly salty, others had no flavor (not consistent). Had to repeatedly ask for things and still had issues. They were not crowded and appeared to have plenty of staff. Sad to say I will never return to this location. You would think that after all the issues we had that our server, or the manager, would have come to apologize. They were clueless. And please clean the restaurant and restrooms better. Sorry T.G.I.F. but a thumbs down.

Came in for lunch on a Friday because well, where else would you go on a Friday. Actually, didn’t know that TGIF still existed in the area. We ordered an app combo and some meals off the meal deals and everything tasted good! Our server Matthew was very friendly and welcoming, he also checked on us often.

Anthony or server was fast and friendly, he helped us find the best options for us and met all of our needs.
