We were prompted to seat ourselves after waiting for 25 minutes in the lobby and once we had a table, we waited another 30 minutes and we didn't get a server or anyone approach us to take our order or bring us menus,so we ended up leaving to a different establishment.

Despite the lively ambiance and great location, the food at this restaurant was disappointing in both quality and flavor. Dishes lacked seasoning, execution was sloppy, and even the simplest orders fell short of expectations. The service didn’t help either—our food took a long time to arrive, drinks took even longer, and we had to repeatedly ask about missing items. One of my friends ordered salmon and, after several inquiries, was finally told that her order had never even been placed.

The wedge salad was deconstructed rather than a true wedge, with barely any blue cheese to bring out its intended flavor. The nachos were bland and underwhelming. I also ordered a Cadillac margarita, but it lacked the signature taste and depth of a true Cadillac—it felt more like a basic margarita.

After dinner, many people in our large party voiced similar complaints about their meals, and overall, we all agreed that this isn’t a place we would return to. While the restaurant has potential with its fun atmosphere, the lack of quality, flavor, and organization makes it a disappointing choice. I won’t be dining here again.

Great place and food. Unfortunately the servers were terrible. They switched servers and did not tell us so we did not know who to check in with to order more drinks. When we were able to figure out who the server was and were ready to leave, we asked the server multiple times for our final check and ended up never getting it. After waiting an additional 40 MINUTES we had to go up to the bar to pay for everything, they charged us and then 3 hours later charged the card an additional 100 as if we just didn't pay when we asked repeatedly for the check. Maybe they charged the wrong amount but that is not our fault and completely unacceptable. I disputed the charge with my bank because that is absolute fraud.

Horrible service, food was cold and the portions were extremely small for what they cost. The drinks were not balanced and it's the worst $74 dollars I ever spent. Don't go here unless you want to overpay and regret it.

Don't understand the 4-5 star reviews. The food and drinks weren't good. The ambience is nice and the place is cute but that's about it. Wouldn't go back.

The best cucumber gimlet and lemon drop we’ve ever had. Customer service was incredible and served in a timely manner. Very friendly and insightful. Definitely recommend and ask for John, he does private parties.

I had a terrible experience trying to make a reservation for my birthday. I initially tried to book online, but because of the large group size, I wasn’t able to complete the reservation. My husband went to the restaurant in person to talk to the staff, but they turned him away and told him to call instead. We left multiple voicemails, but no one ever returned our calls, and eventually, we couldn’t even leave a message because the voicemail was full.

Since it was for my birthday, I decided to go down myself to make sure we had a reservation. Thankfully, the bartender was kind enough to help, found a spot that could accommodate our group, and even provided a menu to review. I left feeling confident that everything was set.

However, on the day of my birthday, I arrived early only to be told by the hostess that there was no reservation for my group and that the tables I reserved were unavailable. She showed no empathy or concern for the situation. I asked to speak to a manager, and that’s when I met Evan.

Evan told me that the server never entered our information into the system, and he showed zero interest in fixing the situation or even acknowledging the inconvenience. By this time, all my guests had arrived, but he didn’t care to help, even though the place was half empty. I had to offer two different solutions myself just to get seated.

The food was decent—the chicken and waffles were good, and the fuzzy pineapple drink was nice. But overall, if you’re planning a special event or a large gathering, I’d suggest going somewhere else. The lack of organization and customer service just isn’t worth the hassle.

Our drinks were excellent, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a great experience overall and look forward to returning to try some of their food options!

The menu is not what was reflected on open table or yelp. We were very disappointed. We had a cocktail, which was good but left due to menu selection, simply not what we were looking for.
