They had a decent choice of gluten free meals. I got the Cobb salad and it was excellent, with thier gluten free honey mustard dressing.
Just a little loud.

We’re so thankful to Win (?) For taking care of our kids and Richard for his leadership. Restaurant is mostly busy but nice to see it all works like a smooth oiled machine!
Great job team…
Patio seating is awesome, next time!

I drove two hours from Fort Irwin to eat here with my husband for my birthday and was extremely disappointed. I loved eating at the locations at Irvine and Mission viejo. I’m not sure our servers name but she served us around 8:30pm January 15th, she was amazing and had a lot of tables she was waiting all by herself.
We ordered calamari and crabcakes, they were very greasy and didn’t taste good.
We also got the factory chopped salad which is a good salad but very little lettuce ( out of eveything this was the best)
My husband ordered Mac and cheese as a side that was disgusting. I will attach a video and picture. It was like eating noodles and milk.
I ordered the honey truffle chicken , again the chicken was very greasy to the point that I should have just ate at McDonald’s. They gave me very little mashed potatoes and asparagus. Although the asparagus was cooked perfect.
I ordered a coconut lime non alcoholic berverage and a mint one but they filled the whole glass with mainly ice so by the time I got to the 4th sip it was all gone. My husband did get a oreo milkshake that was delicious. But for the price of the food it was not good quality food to want to come back, at least to that specific restaurant.

This place is a disgrace to the business. I grew up eating and have always loved it until yesterday. After having my reservation I made a week prior cancelled. Being told the wait is 30 minutes and wait for an hour and a half. Waiting another hour for ny food. The management and staff seem to not want to work. I was left sitting at my table not being checked on, having to ask other servers for help because mine kept dissapearing. It was like trying to pry teeth to get service here. My food arrived cold as did everyone elses. For the first time in my life I did not order a cheesecake due to the extreme unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic. This place should be shut down. The cheesecake factory in Riverside is 20 times better than this one.

Cheesecake Factory , we went here for my Mother's birthday, the service was just okay could have been better, food was lukewarm. They burned some of the chicken strips, and the shrimps in the shrimp scampi pasta. The table was dirty we had to request the table be cleaned, silverware was dirty. The food lacked taste, overall it was not a great experience . The waiter was rude and she had a strange personality. It was almost like we were bothering her . Not sure I will EVER return !

Consistently great! From food to service. It can get busy being in the mall but they text you when your table is ready, so you can kill time walking around. And the cheesecake of course. Went for the banana cream pie cheesecake this time. Easily a new favorite! Tuna tataki salad was excellent. Orange chicken too. 👏

First time without a reservation and we could sit in 5 minutes so that started great.
We got a waitress that took our order and after that the waitress immediately got changed to a different one. We wanted the appetizers and main dish at the same time. My main dish (pasta carbonara) did not arrive while everything else did arrive right away for our party. So i could start on my appetizer, which were the cajun shrimps which were really great! Our waitress came in and noticed we were missing something and said 2 minutes and it is there.
But then came my main dish the pasta carbonara which I looked forward to the most. You could tell it only took 2 minutes. There was barely any sauce, a total of 9 mini pieces of pancetta and no cheese on top. I litterally paid 24 USD (excluding tip) for spaghetti with green peas. As a European I am quite disgusted by calling this a pasta Carbonara. It tasted as it was made, rushed with no love or care for the customer. I would never recommend buying this ever for anyone that respects the dish! After a while the waitress came and I noted that is was below par and she said that she would be able to add more pancetta, but I was 2 bites from being finished. Please learn and give enough the first time instead of trying to fix it too late. She then got us our bill without asking if we wanted cheesecake (a cheesecake factory trip without cheesecake is wrong and not asking is even worse).
As a dessert I got the Dulce de leche which was great as always!
But this experience shows me that rushing creates mistakes and lowers the quality of food. Just ask if it would be okay if it takes 5 minutes for the pasta and I would get a good ratio of pancetta, sauce and pasta and not this disappointing bowl of spaghetti. I much rather wait a couple of minutes longer than be disappointed from my dining choice.

We usually have a great experience at Cheesecake Factory, but this time was mid at best. It was very busy, so after waiting 1 hr 45 min for a table, we were pretty hungry and thirsty. The server assigned to our area was on a break so another server said they would be helping us. It took another 20 minutes to get a drink and to begin our order. When my wife’s food arrived, the eggs were scrambled rather than over easy. They did take them back to fix, but that added more time as my meal got cold. (I am not going start eating while she has nothing.) when my steak frites arrived I was underwhelmed (see pic). $33 for a thin maybe 4oz steak and a plate of fries! It was seasoned nicely and tasted good, but it was kinda sad to be staring a a platter of fries for dinner. Live and learn. I asked the waitress for some ketchup to go with my mountain of fries and she brought it long after I had finished eating. I know they were busy, but our food was mediocre a the service was friendly, but not great. It was a bummer, because we rarely get the chance to have a date night without the kiddos.

Visited The Cheesecake Factory in Rancho Cucamonga for an early afternoon brunch with a group of 11. They required at least 9 people to be present before seating us (understandable), but the wait was long before we were seated.
Service was great once we got to the table. Kelly helped initially, and our main waitress, Paulette, was friendly, attentive, and engaging. Everyone ordered different items (breakfast and lunch), and no one had complaints. I had the grilled salmon with broccoli and substituted brown rice for mashed potatoes—very good.
Overall a good experience and I would return—just be prepared for a wait with a large party.

Veronica who runs the seating in the front is not organized and tells different staff to tell you different wait times. We understand it’s busy but lying to guests without any sort of updates is not acceptable. When we sat down to our table the floor was filthy underneath and our menus covers in grease. After being told we’d be seated in 45 min , an entire hour and a half went by before we were seated.
