I love coming to this location. The manager Bree and Ruben are very welcoming. Ruben made me a yummy drink. I enjoy coming here to order my coffee. It’s a nice place to sit down, study, chill, and just relax. Please come check it out. They got delicious seasonal drinks right now. Plus you get to connect with the people that work here.

So I came to get a coffee and I waited in a 15 min line to begin. The lady in front of me asked to fill her water flask and the cashier took it and shoved the ice scooper in her flask and it touched it. This is the most unsanitary thing I have ever seen. I did not get myself a drink bc clearly they will be using the same ice. This was vile! I am so repulsed and will not be returning.

Today, my niece and I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to try something new. I usually go to Starbucks, but this time I wanted to check out a different coffee shop for a change.
Since it was my first time here, I wasn’t sure what to order. I looked at the photos on the menu and picked a drink that looked beautiful and delicious in the picture. However, when I received the actual drink, I was very disappointed. The color was dark and unappetizing—it didn’t look anything like the photo, and it honestly affected my appetite.
I wasn’t sure if I should bring it up to the staff, but they looked really busy, so I decided not to say anything. In the end, I didn’t finish the drink and just threw it away.
Next time, I’ll probably do more research or think more carefully before trying a new place.

With all the corporate coffee options in the area this is the go to place for me.
The morning crew, Bri, Ruben, & one other member who I didn’t get their name, are the kindest and most caring people!
I’m in town to care for a friend on hospice. They have been so compassionate and supportive of me every morning I go in.
The food is good, not great but good for what it is.
Coffee drinks are great and they are spot on with customization, even when getting a large order.

Very rude high school kid staff that socializes with their friends on the line about inappropriate stuff and ignores the fact that there's people in line waiting. Waited over 10 minutes but was completely ignored while they were socializing so I left. Do yourselves a favor and dont come here and get your coffee in a more welcoming environment

Cashier was nice, but the two baristas working two days ago on June 7 2025 around 1pm a lady with a bandana and a lady with braids was extremely rude because my friend asked for a remake with a nice tone. The baristas were mocking us because we wanted a remake and was trying to make my friend look incorrect when they gave her the wrong drink. Very petty and rude wish I could’ve gotten my money back for the horrible experience.The two people I describe deserved to be fired or written up they clearly don’t look like they enjoy there jobs.

These ppl are so unproffessional i have half a mind to report this location to corporate

I ordered 2 drinks they where good but the server bearly started making the avocado toast like 10 minutes after so that delayed me she basically skipped me because the people behind me got their food before me
