Service and food is always amazing! I love that the menu is seasonal and they have the best cocktail offerings in the Inland Empire!

I was not impressed by the quality of the food or ambiance. I will however make a point to say the bone marrow was delicious. This was the only redeeming part to the entire experience. I will not be recommending or returning.

We had the fried mozzarella and wings for appetizers. For dinner we had the French dip, Reuben and OG Burger. Everything was delicious. How ever the best one was the French dip. The chef came out and brought us our food. Our server was very nice. Felt bad bc she was really busy. But was on it. The only thing is you have to look for parking and it’s in a busy shopping mall. But the food is worth it.

Will return many times! Very good burgers, great service, had a good time on Saturday. Want to try other things on the menu. Finally a place nearby with grass fed beef burgers.

Great food! The Cut hamburger is outstanding. The crispy brussel sprouts are wonderful. Service was great. Cocktails, smoked old fashioned, was awesome.

Bone Marrow toast is a must try !!! Fried chicken plate was also amazing. Everything we tried/had was super good food is delicious the staff is very friendly and attentive our waiter Brandon was the best ! Definitely recommend

Fire music, fire food

Service was amazing. The server was very attentive. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manor. The Poutine and Ceasar Salad was my favorite. Will defiantly return.

Unfortunately they changed their menu as I was not aware but it was still pretty okay! Definitely coming in around Jan or feb since I was told certain items would be back in their menus

Not a lot of gluten free options. Salmon is from the farro islands which are controversial for their whale slaughters. Probably won’t be back here. Waitress was lovely.

I love the Cut. Although this wasn't date night, it was a chance to share the experience with my kids. The food is always delicious, the drinks are solid...best espresso martini I've ever had, and the service is great.

Food and service outstanding. Order the espresso martini and the sticky toffee cake! From the dinner menu everything we ordered was delicious. The servers were so nice and attentive. My family and I would come back.

Not bad, stopped to have a lunch. Ordered the caesar salad with salmon, it was perfect.
