AMAZING SERVICE, OVERPRICED FOOD & DRINKS.
Saw this place recommended on social media for their Cut Burger. Definitely NOT worth the $. Tried a few other dishes and drinks, conclusion was the same. Needless to say that there is a major disconnect between the price of menu items and what they are actually delivering to the customer.

I was jonesing for a burger and wanted to try something different. I stumbled across THE CUT in Rancho accidentally and like the look of the menu. Thank God I did... Fabulous burger and as an added bonus they have a Poutine on the apps menu. As an Expat Canadian anytime I can find Poutine I consider that win. We'll definitely be back.

The Cut Burger was the bomb! Everyone has to try a $40 burger before they die. This one was well worth it. The owner came out and talked to us. He was really cool and you can tell he cares that your experience there is great. The only thing was the server Haley was a little grouchy or snippy which is something I wouldn't even notice at Denny's but it seemed out of place here because everything else was so great. I would highly recommend anyone to try the amazing CUT Burger.

My recent visit to The Cut left a great impression. The atmosphere is modern and clean, creating a pleasant dining environment. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
I ordered the Cut Burger, which turned out to be quite juicy and flavorful. As someone who isn’t usually a huge burger fan, I found it pretty darn good. However, the real highlights for me were the bone marrow toast and the date pudding. The bone marrow toast was exceptionally delicious, and the date pudding, despite how it might sound, was phenomenal. Both dishes showcased the creativity and quality of The Cut's menu.
Overall, it was a delightful experience. The combination of friendly service, a clean modern setting, and standout dishes earns The Cut a solid 4 out of 5. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially for the bone marrow toast and date pudding!

I took my husband here for Father's Day after seeing a couple reviews that said it was delicious. It was! The chicken and waffles was to die for. The best I've ever had. The chicken was very moist and perfectly cooked on the inside and the outside was nice and crispy without being greasy. My husband said his chilaquiles was amazing. The only thing bad he had to say was that he wished it came with two eggs instead of one. With eggs being such an inexpensive item I think they could easily make that adjustment. If you wanted avocado that was extra $. The coffee was out of this world. Super dark and rich but not bitter. Had a slight hazelnut undertone. We also enjoyed a blueberry lavender mimosa and an excellent bloody Mary. Our server was so incredibly nice and helpful. Only other downside was the music. I don't understand when restaurants want to make their music so loud. Most people go to a nice restaurant to share good food and conversation. When the music gets in the way of hearing each other it makes it hard. Otherwise, just a great experience overall and will definitely be back!
