The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill Rancho Cucamonga, CA

We stopped in for the bogo gyro deal and we were not disappointed. Yes there were few others dining which I do not understand. The gyros had plenty of gyro meat, sauce, tomatoes and lettuce. Looking forward to stopping back again soon.

I wish I could write 0 stars as a review. I went during lunch with my daughter two days ago, and a very kind cashier Syeda was great, so sweet and helpful but this big guy named Thomas introduced himself as shift manager and was extremely rude and started being very rude to the kind worker in front of me. He started asking me if she was bothering me and if she was charging me extra (all right in front of her). I felt extremely uncomfortable because it was clearly racism as she showed me nothing but kindness and patience when explaining that they ran out of certain foods. Thomas was essentially bullying her in front of me. He totally ruined my experience. I will not be coming again, I would never want my daughter to witness such hate and rude behavior again. Also I’m vegetarian and they ran out of falafel and all vegetarian options.

Tried the food here for the first time and it was fresh and delicious. We had the gyro combos and they were great. Staff was polite and the restaurant was quiet and clean. I highly recommend.

Fresh and healthy menu. I ordered the Greek Salad + falafel and my husband had the Greek Gyro lunch special. Portions were big and filling. Syeda took our order and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Her friendliness was a welcome experience to traditional fast food experiences. Would recommend and will return!

Ordered two gyros to go. The tzatziki sauce was on point and the sandwich overall had good flavor, but they seriously skimped on the gyro meat. Compared to places like Luna Grill and Daphne’s, where the gyros are loaded, this one just didn’t measure up. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back for that reason.

They need to work on consistency related to their menu. If they have it on their menu it should be available in store. Multiple items that I requested and paid for had to be altered or changed due to the fact that they did not have the items available. However, redeeming this place is a beacon of amazing customer service in the young African-American brother who served me today. The atmosphere is very nice and clean and inviting I do hope that they are able to fix this problem. I do enjoy it very good Greek food and it's nice having something local

Does not except cash so we left and will not go to that place again!!

I was able to come eat here for the first time (finally). All of the food and ingredients were very fresh and delicious. I will try some of the other items next time.
