Pizza is great! But.. its never ready on time. Everytime I've gone to pickup it's not done until at least 30 minutes after it's supposed to be ready (after calling to confirm).

First time - okay, second time - ehh, 5th time - this is a habit.

I'll keep coming back but its hard to tip for service when that's going on (even though I always tip, I'll be standing in the waiting room for 20+ minutes after my order was supposed to be ready).

All that said, Nonna Bella is worth the wait. Best pizza in Rancho by a longshot - nothing else comes close.

This is not technically a done in place, it has 2 tables outside, which was nice. The pizza is amazing! The potatoes amazing as well! The dough was so tasty! The sauce too! I love everything about my pizza!
Definitely order ahead, it did take close to an hour to receive our order, but very well worth it! Definitely recommend! 10/10

Ordered an online order and was told it would take 45 minutes. Perfect! Upon arrival they didn’t even start on my order until after I paid after arriving. I was told 12 minutes for my order to be ready , that wasn’t the case , I waited an entire 40 additional minutes. If I would’ve know they weren’t going to start my order until after I arrived a paid I would’ve have came here. Highly disappointed.

Over an hour wait for a pizza. Customer service is lacking. No fountain drinks nor ice. Small seating area bar style inside. Broken outside patio chairs to sit outside.

So…. I live in Barstow and my husband works in LA/LB ports so when he comes home I ALWAYS have him stop for pizza from Parlors because it really is great pizza but this time I ask for cannoli(s) and after sharing our Valentine dinner at home and ready for my dessert I was for the FIRST time disappointed that they only filled the ends 😩 so so disappointed ☹️

The parlor Pizzeria is my new go to spot for high quality pizza. I used to drive to sunset beach for the best pizza. That will be no more. This place uses fresh ingredients and is now the best pizza ever. Kinda pricey but well worth the money hands down. It's a small hole in the wall place, mom & pop shop no seating inside and 1 table outside. Get it to go for sure. The wait was long but well worth it.

Me and my family tried this place over the weekend and was thrown for a loop. It was one of the best pizzaieras we been to. The pizza itself 10/10 and we also grabbed some cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, as well as wings and enjoyed all of it. Recommend calling a head because the wait is long but oh so worth it.

Ordered a Meatball sandwich & small garden salad at 315p Sat & it took an hour. They were steady, but not super busy so that seemed a little excessive. Maybe not? Sandwich was good & fair price for the size. Staff was very friendly.

I really like the meatball sandwich. The problem is that they want me to wait an hour for it. I'm not going to do that. If the could make a sandwich in 20 minutes I'd probably get one a couple times a month.
