The Sycamore Inn

We had an excellent expert here from the reservations, the staff, the food, and the ambiance. Overall it is a great restaurant to enjoy any occasion and not overly crowded.

Their famous Minestrone Soup has changed & not for the better. The French Onion soup, the broth was too thick, more like a lite gravy. The Crab Cakes were exceptional as were the Calamari. A month ago, I had to send the Short Ribs back because they were cold as were the mashed potatoes.

Food and cocktails were good as usual, I wouldn't say outstanding. However, while our server was very pleasant - service overall was very slow. Not a lot of check ins with us. For a $500+ bill for four of us, we would expect to have better service if Sycamore Inn wants to rank at the level of a high-end Steakhouse.

Slow service. No difference between rib eye steak rib eye with bone in except the $20. Increase in price. Prime rib was served under cooked. Prices are way to high for this restaurant

Great place for a nice dinner.

The filet mignon and prime rib were very high quality, rivaling any fancy Westside steakhouse! Lobster Mac was delicious, lots of chunks of lobster. Creme brulee and death by chocolate were to die for, hahaha.

Such a neat experience. This place dates back to the mid-1800s. If you're a history buff like me and love a good steak, you must go. Upscale and pricey good for a quiet date night. I do not recommend bringing your children they have real candles lit, and inside is very moody and dark, but if you do, they have patio seating. extensive cocktail and wine selection, although I didn't partake. ( Make a reservation!)

For a great date night you should come here and enjoy great food and outstanding drinks. The customer service is a throwback to when waiters were engaging, friendly and witty. Love the service, atmosphere, and the menu!

Great service. Waitress and assistant were on their game. It was our 38th anniversary and were excellent.

It was my mother's 75th birthday. She chose Sycamore Inn for her celebration dinner location. The ambiance was amazing - rather dark - especially for pictures :) but rather calming. The attentiveness of our server for the 8 of us was amazing, as were the food and drinks. I thank you for making my mother's birthday celebration positively memorable!

We always go there for our anniversaries!!! We love the surf and turf option. The lobster tail is to die for.
