The flan is not carmel they used Pancake syrup so it taste weird but everything else was fine

Tropical Bakery is a small joint!Don't let that fool you.They are banging out some bomb filipino sweet delights.They also have a eatery next door and a market in the same small strip mall.I LOVE their Bibingka its so damn good!Also the buko pie and so much more...You won't be disappointed so if you haven't stopped by.You should!Employees are friendly and welcoming.This is always a must stop when I'm in Rancho Cucamonga.
