I was craving a protein smoothie for a late-night meal and found this place while searching for something open in the evening. We decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint! The shop was spotless, and the service was fantastic. They have a great selection of protein and fruit shakes. I was in the mood for something fruity, so I went with the Dragon Slayer shake, while my husband chose the OG Blend with extra protein. Both were delicious! We've returned a few times since, especially when we want something light instead of a full meal. This spot is perfect, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

First Rodeo at this hipster joint...It was pretty bomb, had no clue what to order , girl at counter recommended the tru blue, was pretty good. I would probably customize next time so I don't feel like I'm pecking all those seeds and oats like bird...The small size is rather filling, like Arnold schwarzenegger "I'll be back"

I recently visited TruBowl with high expectations, eager to create two custom bowls. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a lack of guidance from the staff. Despite the promise of customization, we were given no instructions on how to go about it.

When we decided to add chia porridge to one of the bowls, we were met with an unexpected response: "It won't fit, and I will put it on the side." Naturally, we inquired why it wouldn't fit, only to be told, "You should have told us at the start you wanted chia."

This interaction left us puzzled and disappointed. If the business offers custom bowls, shouldn't the staff proactively guide customers through each step? Instead, we found ourselves paying upfront only to be informed afterward that our desired additions wouldn't be accommodated due to space constraints.

For a place that prides itself on customization, it's crucial that the staff assist customers through the process, ensuring they understand their options from the beginning. This location needs to rethink its approach and improve its system for handling custom orders to provide a better customer experience.

Until then, I can't recommend this TruBowl location. The food may be passable, but the service leaves much to be desired.

I came across this place while I was in town. I couldn't decide what to order. The young man gave me great suggestions. My acai bowl ended up being delicious. Kuddos to the young man. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

If you like Açai this is the place for you. I just moved to Rancho and walked in and had a wonderful experience with MCKENZIE. She was amazing from the moment she started taking our order. She’s answered all my questions and was very friendly and talkative. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank You McKenzie. Keep doing an amazing job.

The services was good the girl that took my order was so nice and friendly I hate to give 1 star but my island bowl was nasty I didn’t like it at all the one in Long Beach is way better with making açaí bowls I won’t be back to this one very disappointed ??

We wanted to try this place the day but they closed early. I could understand if the place was busy and it was gonna keep them from leaving on time, but the place was empty. The three girls that were there, were eating from the array of toppings without gloves. That is gross, I hope they don’t reuse this toppings.

First time and definitely coming back, the prices are compatible to other Best Buy bowl shops but let me tell you……this is by far the Best tasting bowl I’ve had!!! The fruit was at perfect temp and my toppings just worked magic with my taste buds. Compliments to the staff for their generosity and patience with my learning questions. Definitely recommend vs others in the area ?????

While the food was really good, I have had negative experiences with a worker every time I have been here. It is the boy with curly hair that always has an attitude. He seems to dislike his job and is very unhelpful the times I have been there. On my first visit there he just stayed quiet as if I knew how to order. Additionally, on my last visit, I accidentally tipped the max amount and he did not bother to give me my receipt and when I asked him for help he did not even respond. He needs some customer training.

My first time and I love it!! Way better than Nektar. I love the crunchy toppings. The light nut drizzle! I have definitely found my bowl go-to place. To be fair I went at lunch time when it's most busy. There was only 2 people there. There was 6 customers at the time. So our wait was about 10 minutes to be served.

The blonde girl who was working here on st Patrick’s day has the worst customer service, which is why this small business loses to their competitor in the same parking lot, juice it up.
