This place has gone down hill ever since Covid. I had avoided posting a review until my last visit here on 4/20/24.For starters, my server was very kind and brought us our items quickly.Reason for the bad one star: the floor was wet/ slippery and there was no “wet floor” sign. This led to my mother slipping and almost falling. Thank god she didn’t. She did however sprain her inner thigh ligaments/ tendons causing significant discomfort through dinner and this whole weekend.We were then approached by a woman who came to ask (In a confrontational tone of voice) “who was wearing heals?” Then she proceeded to scold my mother for not being careful and gave us an excuse saying that the cement in the restaurant was slippery and that she should have been more careful.It turns out this woman who approached us is a “manager” by the name of Tania.Not once was an apology offered by Tania.Be careful when choosing this place to dine. Not worth the headache of dealing with rude management, dirty/ filthy/ slippery floors & restrooms.

First time at u grill food is good really good & waitress was perfect ? but the host I believe Nana the worst rude and to top if off my table was very dirty sticky ..other wise my food was great ?

First time at U Grill Korean BbQ. Ricardo was an amazing server. Very attentive and hospitable. He checked.on my table consistently. He made sure that we didn't have to try to get his attention for anything.Thanks much U Grill for a nice father-daughter time.
I really enjoyed eating here!! My waitress was Salma and she was really sweet and very thorough when we asked questions and I loved the fact she was super patient with us since it was our first time. The service was excellent and honestly fast which was great! The only issue I had was the corn cheese. My first round was PERFECT but my second round I could tell they rushed it since the cheese wasn't melted all the way. Other than that, everything was so damn good and I'd be back here again 1000%. I really recommend the corn cheese and the bulgogi!! Also, they got REALLY good music taste here! Don't change whoever's on the aux LOL. Will be back here soon! 5/5!!

Best local Korean bbq in IE! Service is on point but just expect a wait unless you make a reservation 1 day prior k. Ask for soy sauce, rice paper and chili paste too! All meats are 10 star!
