Shoutout to Kennedy! 🙌 She was fast, attentive, and made our experience so much better than the Rancho location. The grill didn’t take forever to get hot, and our meats came out quick. Highly recommend — 10/10!

First time there yesterday December 2nd. 2025
The food was excellent.

The customer service was the worst.

We got there at 7:30 pm they said last call was 8:30 pm we said ok.

The staff was more worried about getting out at 8:30 pm and all on thier phones.
Only came to ask if we needed anything at 8:15 pm.

Suggest going early to enjoy the food.

But customer service needs to be addressed by management to want me to go back.

Not one smile from the staff or waiters.

Our whole family got sever food poisening here. Yes we cooked the meat well, basically burnt.

We knew it wasnt us when friends who went the next day, were also super sick!!!

We paid over $240 to be sick 🥹😭

Went on a Wednesday afternoon about 5pm and had no trouble getting a table for 2. Food was delicious as always and the service was impeccable, the server was absolutely on top of everything, most attentive staff I've seen in sometime. Will be back soon for my next kbbq fix

I had an excellent experience at U Grill Korean BBQ! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every cut of meat was well-marinated and high quality, and the side dishes were plentiful and delicious.

This was the worst ugrill I been to. The ugrill in Rancho by the church is way better.
The male server with blonde hair needs to work on customers service. The restaurant was empty and he never once came to check on if I needed anything. It took them like 40 minutes just to get me a water and another 30 minutes to give me my check. Horrible
