U Grill Korean BBQ

I had an excellent experience at U Grill Korean BBQ! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every cut of meat was well-marinated and high quality, and the side dishes were plentiful and delicious.

The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. What really stood out was the service—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was brought out quickly and refilled without even needing to ask.

Overall, U Grill hits all the marks: quality food, great service, and a fun dining experience. If you’re looking for a Korean BBQ spot that delivers both flavor and hospitality, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

This was the worst ugrill I been to. The ugrill in Rancho by the church is way better.
The male server with blonde hair needs to work on customers service. The restaurant was empty and he never once came to check on if I needed anything. It took them like 40 minutes just to get me a water and another 30 minutes to give me my check. Horrible

Went on a hot day, and they had the front doors open to vent out the place. No AC, the exhaust to take the smoke from the cooking meat was shut off at every table. The place felt like a sweat lodge. The server gave us her personal fan to cool off and were extremely grateful! The food was subpar. I won't be coming back.

Talked to the manager about a refund. They never took care of it and I had to come back to ask that they do it. They said the manager forgot.

Went here alone and the quality of the meat is horrible. I tried to speak with a manager but they didn't get in till 3. I thought I would try calling but the number listed doesn't go to an actual person and the voicemail isn't set up.

I had a good experience. I came with my husband's friends and their girlfriends. The service was great and so was the food. We did pay a lot but it was 8 of us. The restrooms were clean and was the restaurant. Sadly upon leaving we learned that my friends stuff got stolen from their car but one of the people working at the restaurant helped us out so much with camera footage so props to them.

I’ve been to this place many times, but this time, the level of cleanliness has hit an all-time low. My boyfriend went to eat his salad, only to find the waitress’s hair in his mouth—hanging from the salad. When we informed the waitress, she offered a $6.00 discount but didn’t notify the manager, and later lied about it. She even dumped the salad in the trash to make it seem like we were lying.

When we asked to speak to the manager, we were treated as if we were trying to scam or steal food. Nearly every employee had their hair down and hanging loose. At a minimum, hair should be tied back—this is a basic sanitary standard.

To make matters worse, we still had to pay for our meal because we were treated like we were the problem.

Being treated like we were trying to get free food was incredibly insulting, especially given how much business my family and I have brought to this place over time.

Beware of hair and overall sanitary issues at this restaurant.

Fun place to eat

waited 30 or 35 minutes outside, it was fine, but after we sat down, they didn't serve us, and we waited long enough. The waiters and waitresses passed us by and never served us, so we had to leave.

perfect for a date night surrounding or if u just want to be with the family ( the ones u love the most). i was really enjoying seeing all of my family at one table. i couldn't ask for more!!!
