This place is fire???Got a deal from local flavor and had to buy 2 more because the food was so good. The mozzarella stick I loved. My daughter picked up food and said service 10 out if 10. I cant wait to try the deserts an noodles. Thanks for the quality!!
I had the musubi sliders and Blitzkrieg sausage. The food offers different takes on hot dogs. I thought the food was good. The service slow, but what are you expecting on a warm spring Sunday afternoon. I thanked the associate working the front counter because she was getting mistreated by obnoxious customers. Take it easy, people! Sheesh! Gotta love the a Haven City Market. Check off Umai Hour Dogs!
So tasty. Got the Korean corn dogs. Will be back for more soon.
Big variety of hotdog styles to choose from. They also serve pasta. My wife got bulgogi Truffle Noodle and I got their Thai Thunder hotdog with cheese fries. The medium cheese fries is a compete meal if you don't want to eat too much! We almost spent $30 which is on expensive side for two fast-food meals. Both meals were a little bit too sweet for my taste. The environment was clean and the staff were respectful.
Run so fast!Waited over 30 minutes on a slow night for mediocre food. Had a cut of sharp plastic in my sandwich.EDIT: Added a picture to prove this isn't from two years ago. I think this shows what type of place this is if its a consistent issue. LolEDIT #2: Added picture of screenshot of Umai telling me I faked this picture. 0 accountability and finger pointing to a customer who was hurt from their food. Down right ridiculous!
Very taste hot dogs and the fries to due for. If you are in the area and want a quick bite stop here....variety of styles to choose from.
Great place Great Food thank you
My bf and I love a good burger. Umai has a pretty bomb truffle burger called "Truffle Baga" but that's only if they cook it correctly. Truffle Baga: 5.3 oz. grass fed angus beef, umami glaze, truffled aioli, swiss cheese, caramelized onions, truffled shiitake mushrooms, minced black truffle, umai teriyaki, furikake on a brioche bun--prepared medium unless otherwise specified. We always request for our burgers to be cooked medium rare if possible. We were very impressed with the burger the first time we came--definitely one of the better burger joints in the area. The burger patty was juicy and tender. The truffle aioli was really good. The second time we ordered to go so we didn't get to eat the burger until we got home. The burger was cooked medium well but it was still good--just not as good as we were hoping it to be. We went again today and we asked for medium rare. The burger was over cooked and it was a bit charred on the outside. We went back and asked them to remake it. The person looked at where we bit into the burger to see how cooked it was and said, "This is medium rare." LOL, even fast food restaurants burger patties aren't that cooked. Thankfully another worker stepped in and said she'll remake the burger. It was still cooked well done but at least it wasn't charred so it tasted a lot better. It would have been even better if it was cooked medium rare though. We also tried their "Poku Riblets" which are pork riblets tossed in a sauce of your choice but we weren't crazy about them.
Love the unique topping options and I think it's awesome that they have so many different types of veggie dogs instead of the usual none or one option.I got the Bulgogi dog and it was delicious. My friend got the California Bae with a veggie dog.
Amazing people! The food is amazing. We ordered a couple sandwiches and the Texas Roundhouse Dog. Can't wait to try the rest if the menu. Phuong was really sweet and took good care of us.

Unique tasty dogs and sides, I had a Kyoto and enjoyed very much- could've eaten 2. Fries were good also. Wife had the chicago chopper and would've secured a 5 star rating if the bun didn't split leaving her no option but to eat with a fork. Hot dog with a fork cost a star! Anyway, we ate at lake forest location- just opened. Give it a try!
Overrated, no char on the hot dog, only boil them. Mexicans on the streets make em better.
First time trying this restaurant. The food was great, unfortunately the service wasn’t the best when there was a misunderstanding with my drink. I also paid for a combo and did not receive my fries. I’d still consider trying this restaurant again only because the food I had did not disappoint.
The food here is amazing. Took my daughter for the first time and now it's her favorite.
The best dog I've had hands down. I ordered the Truffle Dog with Truffle Fries and a Sobe Passionfruit to drink. All of it was on point! Super Savory and delicious. I couldn't finish my meal because of how large and rich it was, but I made quick work of it after the munchies set in ?The location has a beautiful outdoor patio seating area, but unfortunately all the tables were full in the shady areas...popular spot! Looking forward to trying their other creations. The menu is extensive and really caters to many different tastes and preferences. I'm sure the whole family would find something there to their liking. Would recommend to anyone interested in savory hotdogs and fries!
