I love Waba Grill but the food at this location was awful. The rice was stale and the chicken was hard and tasteless.

The self-service ordering machine eliminates communication between the service staff and the customers, and does not print receipts. This time the rice has lumps of hard lumps in it. I ate most of it because I was very hungry, but after eating it, my stomach felt very uncomfortable.…..
Good customer service and very clean 👌 harry is the best
Went to this waba location since i moved to rancho cucamonga and the service here is always 10x better than the other locations. To top it off the employees especially harry always greet me with a warm smile and kind words. Harry for manager 2025
