Went to Wabi Sabi for my friends Birthday lunch .... this was my first time. It was a fun time. Our margaritas were good to start. Then we had the salad ... it was ok but maybe a few more choices for dressing ... Our Chef was entertaining but as I looked over at another chef he seemed to have a better presentation... the food was good and tender .. had good flavor. .. portions were good ... took some home... I had steak and swordfish , fried rice ,and vegetables. Will most likely...
Sushi was okay. Nothing that was a wow factor. The cooking in front of you is cool.you feel the heat for sure. Service was okay. Waitress could have asked if we wanted alcohol drinks after we just asked for water first. Oh well.
We went with a large party after a UCR graduation. They were absolutely amazing! We were seated early and had drinks before the graduate arrived. Food and performance was appropriate for our crowd. Our server's son graduated from UCR and truly enhanced our experience.
