Wazakuraken Ramen

No frills, ramen shop with delicious Tonkotsu and spicy Miso Ramen. Boiled Beef, I know the name is not appetizing, is also tremendously delicious. Prices are good, but the Ramen is Better. If you're in Rancho Cucamonga, it's worth the stop.

I was craving ramen and stumbled upon this spot close to home. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. We ordered takeout, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious! I can confidently say this is the best ramen restaurant I’ve been to so far. My favorite was the Tonkotsu Ramen. It was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. I highly recommend checking this place!

We recently moved to the area and stumbled upon this little spot—it’s a total gem! The ramen is rich and flavorful, easily some of the best we’ve had. The gyozas, Karaage chicken, and hand rolls are just as impressive—fresh, perfectly cooked, and super tasty.

The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out surprisingly fast. It’s a small, cozy place with a warm vibe that feels perfect for a neighborhood restaurant. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Kind of a hidden gem, weren't sure what to expect but it turned out to be a really good pick!

We had 10 people in our party, the waitress was very friendly and didn't bat an eye! She moved some tables around and we were able to all sit together. We did have to wait sometime for service, it looks like 1 waitress was running the whole restaurant. Not sure if it's because of the holiday staffing or if this is normal. Not a big deal though.

I ordered the spicy miso ramen, it was delicious! The broth is rich with just the right amount of spice, and noodle is at a good consistency. I do have to mention the egg is not quite at a soft-boiled level, it was almost fully cooked. Not sure if this is their normal cook level, but could be an area to improve. I also got the lychee tea (half sweet). It was ok but nothing to write home about.

Overall was very impressed and satisfied with the ramen! 5 stars for the food alone :)
