Wetzel's Pretzels

I was deeply disappointed when I ordered the new mozzarella bites. They were cold and then charged over $2 for cold sauce.

When visiting the Victoria Gardens mall & I want to get a snack, my first thought is a Wetzel Pretzel with salt. I’m not crazy about bread but I do love a good pretzel!! They are always made just right and the smell is captivating. Their customer service is always great! I’m not a fan of their cheese as it is prepackaged. And their lemonades are pretty good.

Ridiculous behavior with the customers. Just ignoring the order and laughing at our faces. We had to repeat the order 5-6 times because they were not listening to us, ignoring the order and talking to themselves and laughing at our faces, I wonder what's so funny!???

The time for closing isn’t accurate also you guys let everything go to waste at the end of the day i went in and the lady was we are closed and she was throwing a lot of pretzels away at least give it away for free 🤦🏽

ordered our pretzel dog and was told there will be 15min wait, which is fine for us because there was nice stores around to check out. my bf went to check on them 15min after, was told its still not ready and needed another 10min. okay no biggie, we waited another 10min, and went back to be told the order is still not finish and we have to wait a 'couple more minutes'. we ended up waiting for 50 minutes total for two item and a lemonade. the store wasnt busy, not sure whats going on. will not be coming back

I love their pretzels but both Victoria gardens Shops were close at barely 815 when it shows 9pm. I'm hoping it was only because they didn't have the coverage not that the workers were just closing early.

Food was burnt. Service was horrible, had given us the wrong order multiple times. She said "what are wrong with these people" when they were the one who messed up. She also asked "is there anything your forgetting?" When they were the people who forgot/given us the wrong items. The the employee's incoherent And Disrespectful service made us have difficulty time at that location when I just wanted to get a bite to eat.
