Employees not very friendly and I'm really big on that especially if I'm going to spend money there
Online, website, and window said closes at 12am for this location but no one answered the intercom at 11pm. Workers were there at the window chatting it up when i drove past but still no answer. Guess they like to close early 🤷♀️
It’s Friday night 1135PM, went thru the drive thru and no one would answer, drove by the window and no one was seen. Hours say open til midnight, seems employees decided to close early. Multiple cars have tried to place an order and drove off with no success…need better employees
They closed the dining room over an hour before schedule cause they are short-handed. The food was good, and they did take my order through the drive-thru window, but it would have been nice to sit down and eat.

Nope, not again!!
I've only experienced the drive thru service at this Wienerschnitzel and whether it's during the week or on the weekends it's never crowded (maybe 2-3 cars the most) and yes the wait is a few minutes longer than your average wait time in a drive thru but the food is always nice and hot I can honestly say I've never had a cold fry here and the workers are nice and polite

I came at 3pm the other day and the lobby was closed even though online it said it was open. I only wanted an ice cream. Two workers saw me at the door too. I'm not sure why it was closed so early. I was very disappointed ?
Why the hell are food service workers getting paid 20 dollars an hour when they can't even listen to simple instructions asked for no chili so they took off my cheese and left the chili on. Sure it is just a hot dog but this is everytime we go out to eat workers aren't held accountable but yet expect more money this is ridiculous.
