If anyone still wants to order from this establishment THE OWNER DREW (DKLD) is unprofessional and resolves no issues concerning customers. I specifically ordered in detail (15 BONE IN-, ALL FLATS, WELL DONE x2 for 30mins, FRIES TO BE MADE WHEN ORDER IS PAID FOR AND PICKED UP) with one of associates over the phone and had them repeat the order for confirmation. I know when ordering from here there is always a problem from experience. The order was picked up by my mother and I texted her everything to make sure it was done properly. Once she got back home she was disappointed. I asked her “what’s wrong?”, which I already knew there was an issue with the order (of course it’s always a hit or miss with this place). She tells me “I checked the bag at the counter and seen the fries were cold and soggy, I told him that you requested for them to be made when I got there over the phone so they’d be fresh.” But the shift lead said “All I can do was re-drop the fries.” So I left since they weren’t accommodating at all. At this point I’m checking the order and the wings weren’t well done either at all, which led me to wanting to take back the order and receive a refund (cash paid) because this was our dinner and it made absolutely no sense to eat something let alone pay for what wasn’t done correctly after having the order being repeated verbatim. I called ahead and spoke to the shift lead and he he talked over me to the point I had to let him know “hey this is not active listening at all I’m trying to finish speaking on the issue and you cutting me off will not resolve the problem.”. I asked for the corporate number and franchise store number as well. I headed out to the establishment with the order untouched and requested a refund (paid for in cash). To my surprise that wasn’t allowed because they said there can’t be modifications made to the order which I said I didn’t make any modifications I requested for my meal to be served hot and ready for pick up and not for any ingredients to be changed. As I sat there and waited for him to speak to DREW THE OWNER (DKLD) HE STATED “THIS ISNT BURGER KING & CALL CORPORATE FOR YOUR REFUND” so I sat there patiently and waited because I paid cash didn’t want the order willingly wanting to leave it there but to my surprise they called the sheriffs on my mother and I. Spoke to the sheriff he said to just call corporate and this is a civil matter. I left with food that was cold at that point and my money not returned back to me. At this time and age where is the HOSPITALITY, where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE, & where is the PROFESSIONALISM ? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEW RATINGS THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND EMBARRASSING TO THE WINGSTOP BRAND/ BUSINESS. Nevertheless, if action is handled by corporate with so many complaints I'll be the one to make things right on a moral aspect since they can not.

Samantha was very disrespectful gave me my wrong order and told me she could do nothing about it to call. Customer service made me waste money on an Uber ride there to pick it up and back hung up on me twice when all I wanted was for her to resolve my order. Will be posting this on all social media and telling all my friends as I live local and frequently come here to not to return or or order anything from this establishment.

This is the WORST wingstop in the area... Customer service is not something this wing stop takes any pride in. The management has attitude every time I come in and is very inconsistent with their policies. I don't recommend this wing stop 1 bit.

Please fire the manager Cassie stamps this girl clearly is not benefiting the business you guys are swamped with bad reviews and she does not care about the paying customer my order was wrong and even though I payed for delivery I offered to bring my food back up there and asked for it to be remade and she said they would only remake fries keep in mind I had the full order nothing was eating you would think she pays for the seasoning nothing had the correct seasoning including the fries and they gave out half empty ranches Order was the Lakers flavors, lemon pepper wings and fries where is the seasoning?

The wingstop at this location is cheaper than the one on Daycreek.Wings are good.I'd recommend getting it to go. Always hot eating

I know there’s a lot of bad reviews about this location but I just wanted to add that today I had the best experience ever from this Wing Stop. Did a phone order that was handled with professional customer service by an employee named Samantha. I got there and my food was ready and the service in person was great as well. Not sure if the girl who took my order was the same girl that was there when I arrived in person, but she was really nice and showed great courtesy. Seems like she was by herself and she was really doing a great job! Too bad there wasn’t a tip jar because I felt like rewarding her for outstanding service and communication. If I could give more stars, I would!!!

Wish I could give zero stars, called in my order cause I had a small drive and thought "perfect I can call now and it will be ready when I get there" that wasn't the case. It was a 20 min wait and I had like a 15 min drive. Soon as I came to pick up they couldn't find my name, because they decided to give our order to someone else. Not only did they not compensate or give us any sort of discount but they were extremely rude about it. It was not our fault they decided to give someone our order. Now we are waiting for another 20-30 mins for our food.I worked at a restaurant similar to this, this is the worst service I've ever experienced and this shouldn't be how you treat your customers. Be careful if you go to this place and I suggest you just show up and order, DO NOT CALL!!!

The owner was rude had no customer service the chicken wasn't fully cooked and the fries were old . I called and the manager ( owner) told another worker to leave my name and # and she'd return my call in 24 hours! It didn't take her 24 hours to charge my card. I truly don't recommend this place. Everything at this place was crappy . Couldn't even get my order right .!!!! I don't understand how they have a grade A on there window. We also found a piece of plastic in the fries my kids did attempt to eat!!! This most definitely should be reviewed by the higher ups because too many negative reviews means something!! Just saying!!

ery terrible service from all members including corporate!! They will not make food that is missing from your order (even if they didn't make it in the first place) and they do not give refunds even if you give back all of the food untouched. They act like they are incapable of refunds or any sort of compensation at all which I know is false considering that I've been in the fast food and restaurant business. I've been nicely trying to get a refund for over two weeks and the manager is never there and the shift leads are incapable of helping in any way (they got our number and said they would call back in 24 hours multiple times). There's a reason why they only have two stars. Be careful of exiting the store without checking and opening every box of food or it's your lose even though they don't know how to do their job correctly. I've stopped by multiple times and have called over 10 times trying to get a reach of the manager. Spoke to someone in corporate and even to someone on twitter yet still have gave me no follow-up response. They will act like it's a very sticky situation to give a refund, when the fact is that you paid for a full meal worth $40 when you left with no food whatsoever. I've really been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they will tell you anything to get you to leave the store and forget about the money that they STOLE from you. They don't reach back. Please save your time and money!!!!!! They will ignore you. Wish I could give them zero stars. Don’t support this horrible company.

Bunch of retards.. Order 125 wings for pick up.. Even gave a credit card to hold for wife's Birthday.. Received a phone call the next day that they weren't going make my order cause I had to pay 1st.. My question is why didn't they say that the day I made the order.. Not only did they loose my business today.. They lost it for good.. Don't go here Drove all the way to Fontana to not only receive 1,000% better service but ordered 150 wings and they still did the order even though I needed it in a hour.. Never again giving my business to the Rancho location on Archbald

Super disappointed with this location. I was truly excited to try this place out for my first time with my daughters and sadly the feeling changed as soon as we walked in. The girl that was working the register was on the phone and as soon as she got off, she asked “do you know what you want to order!” I replied with “no, not yet…..“ she rolled her eyes and walked away. After standing there for a few minutes, she asked again “do you know what you want to order now?” I said “yes” and then proceeded to order. When I told her that the order was for here, she looked so annoyed. She rolled her eyes again and walked away. The order took 25 minutes and when it was ready she placed everything in a bag as if it was to go and dropped it on the counter saying “your order is ready” and walked away. My daughters both looked at me with a surprised look on their faces. That’s when everything went downhill from there. Fries were soggy, my wings were sitting in a pool of oil and the sitting area had no air conditioning. I guess we can all agree that we will not be coming back.
