The rudest people work here bad customer service trying to place and order and the man got rude asked to talk to manager no manager was in but he is a manager he said I asked for corporates number he hung up on me

It was quite good! Service was a bit slow, but when is wingstop ever not slow? Lol

Anyways, it was good, fairly cheap for one person. And very clean.

Missed my order of wings and when I returned they said I had to bring the whole order as proof when I had already arrived with my receipt. Place was dirty and a lot of gnats. The manager is rude too.

Ordered online I get a call saying I have to show my ID and ATM card before they can even start the order Why even have where you can order online that's really unprofessional to call a customer on a pick up order that I'm coming to pick up. I spent over $60 bucks. They for sure won't get any of my money going forward.This is about the most unprofessional wingstop establishment that I have patronized. Some BS

The food was good but the place was dirty and the staff is rude. The tables had not been clean nor trashed picked up they all had the last persons meal. I asked for ketchup and he said they ran out but he had an entire box literally right next to him.

bad service, a wrong $100 order and they didn't want to change it for me

tables are dirty, the people here are so rude no good customer service. the big obese lady with red hair what seems to be a manager is so rude ! I was here for 35 mins and not once did i see any of them wash their hands to top it off they had no gloves on. No hair nets!! This place seems so ghetto . To top it off the soda machine was out of coke

Second time I come into pick up an order of mine in about 2 months and they tell me someone came in and “stole” my orderI said ok how does someone steal orders they said idk some guy just came in and took it…. Like how do u not keep track of people’s orders. They always say this and it’s very annoying. It’s a horrible location customer service sucks

Hey there! I was just about to place my food order when nature called and I had to urgently use the bathroom. I asked if I could use the restroom, but the staff member said it was for customers only. I was really frustrated because I wanted to order, but I couldn't concentrate because I really needed to use the restroom. The way I was treated made me feel disrespected and I won't be returning to this place again. and top of that I had my little girl with me who had to use a restroom also.

I'm sorry for saying this but my family and I had the worst wingstop experience ever. We ordered about 70 dollars worth of food and mostly lemon pepper 30 pc 2 large voodoo fries and a 5 pc strips with voodoo fries. It seemed that the employees dropped the lemon pepper seasoning on the wings and the voodoo fries were full of seasoning. I told the employee that it had a bunch load of seasoning and he said that that's the way they come. My family and I were at ontario mills but we live in the coachella valley. I'll never go to that wingstop again.
