Went in today and got buffalo boneless wings and asked for an extra buffalo sauce. The older Mexican lady (manager I believe) trying to charge 2.10 for a thing of sauce and was very rude about it. Employee’s here need to work on there customer service. Dry ass boneless wings

On December 13, 2024, my daughter picked up ann order that consisted of voodoo french fries a regular order of french fries and a 20 piece boneless chicken wings, half lemon pepper and half buffalo. She was dropped off at home. The Buffalo wings were not cooked. When I called to inquire of how I can get a refund or a replacement, I was told they would not be able to do either unless I brought the entire order in. I’m at work, and the kids are too young to drive. Both of my kids took a bite out of one wing each and found out they were not cooked and did not finish those wings (Buffalo), but were hungry after school and finished the voodoo fries, the french fries and the other ten lemon pepper wings and because of this, I am being refused of getting a refund or replacement for not bringing in the entire order. This is a ridiculous policy that wing stop enforces, especially during this time of the year!!! Now, if this restaurant location wants to increase their ratings, they need to do a better job with cooking the food all the way through!!! And encouraging the policy writers to change their policy.

Our fries tasted gross and the boneless wings were pretty small. Might come back for the 70 cent wings but other than that, wouldn’t really come here for anything else.

Ordered online, estimated 45 min delivery. For was over an hour late, store would not answer phone and messages to corporate not responded to. No way to get a refund as I ate something else due to no communication. Food was cold and gross.

I placed a pick up order at 4:48pm today and scheduled the pick up for 6pm. Why is it that when I get there at 5:58pm they tell me the order won't be ready for another 30 to 40 minutes?!?! If the restaurant is gonna take so many online orders they need to stop taking walk in orders or the other way around. Horrible way to try and make the most money you can as a company, now I know wingstop could give two shits about people who pay for their food as long as they keep paying. And if anything is cold God help me and this establishment. Currently 6:30pm as I'm writing this....

Terrible experience ever! Messed up my order, made me bring it back, told me they could not remake order or refund me my money. Customer service from hell, unprofessional, inconsiderate. We ordered wings for my daughters birthday and all our guest basically had to eat reheated nasty ass wings from all the back and forth from their mistake.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP.

Wings are great but fries are always soggy and undercooked. Plus on my last order of $55 they forgot all the dipping sauces!

I will never waste my money on wingstop again. I ordered a 8 piece traditional wing, half of the hot honey rub and half lemon pepper and let’s just say they gave me some seriously naked wings. They tasted like absolutely nothing. I was pissed because I spent twenty dollars for some tasteless wings. The lemon pepper and the hot honey literally tasted like the same wings. It was so disappointing because it was my first time tasting the honey ones, and after everybody was raving bout them I just had the try……waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cashier taken orders should watch their attitudes and listen.
He asked me if I wanted a dip, I said no dip. I asked for the BBQ sandwich and lemon pepper tenders, He still asking about some dip, l got plain chicken tenders with lemon pepper mix on the side! No listening skills

If I don't make my "special " fried chicken, and have that "craving " this is where I go

Workers are overworked/understaffed
Owner doesn't want to pay for Air Conditioning. Miserable environment.
Smaller portions, more expensive.
Avoid coming here
