I just witnessed an extremely unsanitary experience at this store. I ordered extra crispy fries and tenders. The wings didn’t look crispy, Marie asked me to try it first. After confirming my fries were not crispy, she took it and threw it back into the fryer.

Never take fries a customer touched and throw it back into the fryer when they say it’s not crispy. Just make a new batch.

I can only imagine what other unsanitary processes they have implemented at this location.

My food wasnt hot it was lukewarm I asked for well done wings they were barely cooked and lacked seasoning. So fed up with wingstop in the high desert. I will be going down the hill when I want wings.

Make sure to check your food before you leave. I got lemon pepper and mild and there’s literally no seasoning on the wings at all! Check your food and make them remake it if it’s wrong cause this food is too expensive for them to be making it like this. Also I got all drums absolutely no flats which doesn’t make any sense it’s supposed to be a variety.
Terrible wont be coming back to this location.

Came in today an hour after opening staff was friendly and food was cooked hot and fresh definitely will come back when I'm in the area

Went in today and got buffalo boneless wings and asked for an extra buffalo sauce. The older Mexican lady (manager I believe) trying to charge 2.10 for a thing of sauce and was very rude about it. Employee’s here need to work on there customer service. Dry ass boneless wings

On December 13, 2024, my daughter picked up ann order that consisted of voodoo french fries a regular order of french fries and a 20 piece boneless chicken wings, half lemon pepper and half buffalo. She was dropped off at home. The Buffalo wings were not cooked. When I called to inquire of how I can get a refund or a replacement, I was told they would not be able to do either unless I brought the entire order in. I’m at work, and the kids are too young to drive. Both of my kids took a bite out of one wing each and found out they were not cooked and did not finish those wings (Buffalo), but were hungry after school and finished the voodoo fries, the french fries and the other ten lemon pepper wings and because of this, I am being refused of getting a refund or replacement for not bringing in the entire order. This is a ridiculous policy that wing stop enforces, especially during this time of the year!!! Now, if this restaurant location wants to increase their ratings, they need to do a better job with cooking the food all the way through!!! And encouraging the policy writers to change their policy.

Our fries tasted gross and the boneless wings were pretty small. Might come back for the 70 cent wings but other than that, wouldn’t really come here for anything else.

Ordered online, estimated 45 min delivery. For was over an hour late, store would not answer phone and messages to corporate not responded to. No way to get a refund as I ate something else due to no communication. Food was cold and gross.
